jinsoul’s been in the industry a bit longer than jungeun has (even though she’s been a trainee for a longer time), so she has a little more knowledge

she actually debuted later than jungeun (only like a month), but her name’s been commonly known already because of various songs she produced, so a lot of people were anticipating her debut

jinsoul is known for her foolishness and being kinda oblivious (easily prankable, too), while kim lip’s famous for being up front and outspoken

which is why they’re both invited to star on knowing bros before both make a comeback in the following weeks

jinsoul is nervous as hell in the waiting room, because it’s her first time on the show and she hasn’t met anyone of the cast

(also because she’s a huge introvert and can’t stand being thrown into new environments)

her manager tries to calm her down, but it doesn’t seem to work that great

there’s 20 minutes to the show and suddenly there’s a knock on the door and jinsoul almost screams

in comes a beautiful woman, who’s a bit shorter than her and wearing a shy, but curious smile on her face

she bows to everyone before doing the same for jinsoul and offering her hand to shake

“hello, I’m Jungeun. we’re starring on the show together, right? just wanted to say hi in advance”

she needs like 10 seconds to collect herself and stop starring to finally speak up

jungeun giggles at her voice crack and jinsoul’s manager fears she’s going to explode with how red she’s turning

“I’m Jinsol, nice to meet you”, she finally gets out, and offers jungeun the free space next to her on the couch

they talk for a bit and instantly hit it off as soon jinsoul gets over her initial awkwardness

jungeun tells her about everything she has heard about jinsoul in advance, and how her manager is a huge fan of her and her work (jinsoul blushes profusely)

jinsoul in return tells her about how she enjoyed watching jungeun’s stages in the past and is excited for her next comeback (jungeun’s ears turn scarlet red)

their time is cut short when the producer walks in and tells them to get ready for filming

on the show itself their interactions are friendly, though a bit shy, and the knowing bros mcs tease them constantly about their “chemistry”

they show perfect teamwork in the challenges and are kind of surprised about that too, because they just met an hour ago, right?

filming lasts roughly 3 hours because they have to retake a few shots, and in the breaks these two are basically inseparable

they sit in jungeun’s waiting room and eat together, exchanging stories about idol life

(jungeun almost had to throw out her manager because he almost fainted after getting Jinsoul’s autograph)

they seem to only have grown closer when filming resumes, but no one really mentions the obvious homoerotic tension in the room

jinsoul can’t help but panic a little when the final “cut” sounds through the studio, because she really doesn’t want to leave yet (blame her talent to get attached way too quickly)

she doesn’t even know if jungeun would want to see her again, she was probably just nice, right?

they formally say their goodbyes to everyone on set, and just like that jungeun’s gone and jinsoul can’t bring herself to follow her to her waiting room, so instead she goes back to her own

her manager immediately asks if she got her number, and as soon the word “no” leaves her mouth she smacks her over the head

jinsoul is a pouting mess afterwards, sitting on the couch in the corner and sulking by herself as the stylists around her pack their stuff

that’s until there’s a knock at the door

she almost faints when she sees jungeun come in, this time in casual clothes

jinsoul’s coworkers swear they have never seen her light up this quickly

“hey... I really need to leave for practice, but I wanted to give you this”

jungeun gives her a tiny piece of paper with her number on it, suddenly seeming a little shy herself (her heart was damn near exploding)

jinsoul screams internally for a good minute before standing up and (to everyone’s surprise) engulfing the younger one in a bone-crushing hug

“thank you. I’ll text you when I get the chance, alright?

they reluctantly part ways but jinsoul had a stupid smile on her face for the rest of the day (jungeun, too)

jiwoo has only been working at the coffee shop for a few days when they first meet

sooyoung, along with a lot of other college students, are regulars there, since it’s only a five minute walk from campus and there’s a lot of space for studying

so sooyoung enters the cafe on a rather rainy day, and she doesn’t even have time to close her umbrella before she notices that something’s off

apparently he’s in a hurry to get to class but something’s wrong with the coffee machine and the girl, whose name tag says “kim jiwoo”, doesn’t know how to fix it and is waiting for another barista to come out the back right now

he’s obviously talking to himself about how “incompetent” the staff here are and that he’s definitely not coming back afterwards

but when he addresses jiwoo, going “how could they give you the job when you don’t even know how to fix a damn coffee machine” sooyoung’s blood boils

the guy turns around, staring sooyoung down, while jiwoo is just ducking her head in silence

“excuse me?”

“I said, leave her alone. If you’re such a know-it-all, why don’t you get behind the counter and fix the machine?”

he snorts at her, but sooyoung doesn’t budge

“I don’t have time for that”

“but you have the time to bully an innocent girl for something so irrelevant? If you care so much about time, I can tell you one thing. It’s time for you to leave.”

“you have no right to kick me out”

“but the manager has, and she’s coming up from behind right now”, sooyoung responds, seeing haseul entering the room

the guy suddenly shrinks, muttering something to himself and leaving the coffee shop in a hurry

seems like he was just getting too frustrated with not being able to anger sooyoung

jiwoo then brightly smiles at her while haseul’s fixing the issue with the machine, and sooyoung says she’s gonna sit down until then

a few minutes later, when she’s already deep into homework, there is suddenly a tray being set down on her table

on it are the americano she always orders and a slice of pumpkin pie

jiwoo sits down next to her, outshining the sun with her grin

“oh I’m sorry, but I didn’t order yet”

“I know, but it’s on the house. thank you for calling out that guy earlier, that was very kind of you”

sooyoung guesses that haseul told jiwoo what she regularly ordered, and she can’t help but melt a little at how the other girl’s looking at her

“no problem, he was being a real jerk… thank you”

jiwoo leaves to get behind the counter again, but suddenly sooyoung can’t help but stare at the other girl as she’s serving customers or wiping tables because,,, she really is kinda cute

and more often than not she finds jiwoo staring back, giving her one of those smiles that turns her insides into mush

jitzu is one of my favorite ships ever,,,,,,, too precious to handle

jihyo is the person tzuyu always searches for when she’s homesick or just doesn’t feel well, she’s had this feeling of safety with her right from the start and it only grew stronger with time

so it’s actually quite common to see jihyo comfort tzuyu after a long day of schedules, running a hand through her hair with tzuyu’s head rested on her chest

tzuyu is fiercely protective of jihyo

she’s the one to hold a speech about how great she is as a leader and what she achieved and what nice and kind personality she has whenever someone says something remotely bad about her in tzuyu’s presence

once she overheard a staff member at a music show complain about how loud twice’s waiting room is and that their leader obviously has no control over the group when there’s always shouting going on

and tzuyu snapped

she politely greeted the staff member before explaining to her that she shouldn’t “open her mouth to talk about someone she never even met or talked to and that she has no right to judge when she had never been in the same position”

she added a “usually kids get taught that but hearing you talk, there are obviously some exceptions” muttered under her breath, but it could be heard anyway

the staff member was too shocked by her last comment to react at first, but when tzuyu bowed and continued walking down the hallway right as other members of twice got out of the waiting room, she shouted something about “disrespectful youth” and “you’re gonna regret that”

nayeon and jihyo immediately turned their heads, ready to pounce on the woman, but tzuyu held them back and convinced them to just continue walking

“tzuyu-ah, what was that? what did you do to that woman?”

“oh, nothing too bad. I overheard her bad-mouthing my unnies so I kindly corrected her”

jihyo and nayeon are confused, but decide to drop the issue in the end

tzuyu also finds herself feeling protective of jihyo whenever she’s exhausted

when they’re at the dorm and jihyo’s stressed or exhausted but one of the members keeps bothering her, tzuyu finds herself getting annoyed

“jeongyeon unnie, don’t you see that our leader-nim is tired? let her rest for a bit, please”

but whenever jihyo thanks her for it or asks why she’s doing it anyway tzuyu gets a shy and blushing mess

she’s always stammering around and talking something about “having to protect my unnies”

one day jihyo just responds “but I don’t hear you protecting nayeon or momo unnie like that? why?”

and whoop tzuyu.exe has stopped working

but jihyo just grins and raises herself on tiptoes to kiss tzuyu’s cheek softly and mutter a “thank you, tzuyu-ah” before continuing doing whatever she was doing before

(she just needed a sign that tzuyu liked her back and it obviously worked, especially when tzuyu quickly disappears in the maknae line’s room and she can hear dubchaeng high five a few seconds afterwards)

soft cuddly tired lipsoul jungeun waited for jinsouls schedule to be over again, she's exhausted and js is apologizing and giving her a thousand kisses all over her face, and kl just goes "its fine, I wanted to stay"

jinsoul tried to convince her to go back to the dorm with the others at first but jungeun was being so stubborn that she had no other choice than to let her stay

the only thing she managed her to do was stay in the car at least, because it was kinda chilly outside, considering it being the middle of the night, and she didn’t want her to catch a cold

jungeun had been on her feet all day, so she was relieved to sit, but the car seats were way too uncomfortable to take a nap on, even with being wrapped in jinsoul’s blanket

so she looked out the window instead, and luckily she was able to see her girlfriend from where the car was standing, so she had some entertainment

it took a bit longer than expected to film jinsoul’s scenes because of some lighting issues the staff had to fix, so the sun is already coming up when they finish

after thanking the staff and camera team, jinsoul all but runs to the car, climbing into the back where jungeun is sitting and apologizing for the delay

jungeun can’t help but giggle at all the kisses jinsoul smooches over her face, reassuring her that she’s alright and that she’s proud of her for doing such a good job

their managers get into the car a few minutes later, and start driving them back to the dorm

both doze off a bit on the way, and by the time they arrive they’re struggling to keep their eyes open, yawning non-stop

because of the other members already sleeping soundly, they sneak all the way from the front door to their room, careful not to wake up yerim

jinsoul barely manages to wash off her make up and get changed before collapsing on her bed, jungeun joining her under the covers a few minutes later

and the younger takes her face in her hands and gives her a soft, longing kiss

“you did well today, unnie. I’m proud of you”

and jinsoul just,,, pulls her the closest she can manage

“thank you for staying”

they wake up at noon, completely tangled up in each other

I love your blog!! I was thinking about samo being hehe. Like, them speaking Japanese w/ each other all the time, looking at the other and bursting into giggles, momo stealing Sana's sweaters uwu, Sana getting pretty jealous at how much other idols fawn over Momo and how innocent she is about it,,,, :)

samo is like that old married couple who are always teasing each other but they’re actually way too soft for the world,,,

while the other members are able to ignore samo talking to each other in Japanese since they’re not that fluent anyways, mina is rather flustered

because they’re just constantly teasing each other and joking around and mina feels kinda bad for listening to all of their conversations but it’s not like she can turn off her ears

momo sometimes still struggles a bit with her Japanese, even though they have recently become very active in Japan again, so sana is often helping her out

momo is so embarrassed bc how could she forget her own mother tongue?? mina and sana seem perfectly fine with speaking both languages but momo is still struggling with learning Korean and maintaining her Japanese at the same time

there were times when she was just so ashamed of herself that she couldn’t do other than cry

sana always pulled her into her lap then, having a serious talk with her how it doesn’t matter if she feels confused and that it’s perfectly okay to be, and that mina and her were going to do anything to help momo when she needed it

and with time, momo became more and more comfortable with her mother tongue again, and by now all three of them are just speaking rapid Japanese with each other

even though sana is by far the touchiest member, she kind of has this hidden possessiveness about her considering momo, especially when other idols are involved

it doesn’t bother her when momo cuddles with nayeon or kisses chaeyoung on the cheek, but the second an unfamiliar girl is fawning about her dancing skills, sana comes speeding across the room

because momo is sometimes so oblivious to it all that she doesn’t even notice when people are straight up flirting with her, and sana can’t say that she doesn’t care about that (not because she doesn’t trust momo, but because she wants to show everyone that they belong together)

so it’s no surprise to see sana casually joining the conversation, startling the unknown girl, who introduces herself as a new background dancer at JYP entertainment

sana is nice to her, no question, but no one fails to notice how she slings her arm around mom’s waist, pulling her closer and ultimately resting her head on her shoulder

she’s mindful about mentioning as much stories about her and momo, showing what a deep connection they share

it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes for the girl to awkwardly bid goodbye to them, joining her team again and leaving

and nayeon and sana wink and high five each other, while momo’s just standing there, confused as to why the girl was in such a hurry suddenly

sophomore chaeyoung has had a huge crush on mina since freshman year

and it’s driving her insane bc mina’s a senior now and graduating in less than a year and how the hell will she get over herself and tell her about her feelings??

tbh they haven’t talked to each other that often, three times at most (every single time was at one of sana’s parties when both were kinda tipsy bc mina is awfully quiet when sober)

and chaeyoung’s friends are suffering with her bc it’s her first real crush after all and they want her to be happy

it doesn’t help that tzuyu is, in fact, in a relationship with jihyo, a senior

so chaeyoung talking herself into thinking it won’t work because mina’s a senior (and not bc she’s too much of a coward to actually tell her) doesn’t work

bc of tzuyu’s relationship with jihyo, the three of them get to know her friends better, including momo, sana and mina

and it’s when absolutely everyone knows about chaeyoung’s crush on mina, except mina, that they decide to take action

and one day after school mina asks chaeyoung if she would like to accompany her to her locker, and who is she to say no
