But the important thing here is... Does he have what it takes to get a full month hanging from a wall in your kitchen/den?

I used this pose for a punk challenge and made a poll on twitter and asked here too if I should make it public. People voted yes, so here it is after a little tuning. As usual this will work for any gender and age combo (teen to elder).

Expect some more clicking than with my other poses. I had results between 0 and 36 clicks.

The next step on the baby family poses. Dolores is a toddler now and she’s meeting her new baby brother.

I like some diversity as you’ve noticed, so this time the pose has 15 possible outcomes. There are two different files depending if the baby carrier is a male or a female (or a male with female frame or a female with male frame) It will work for any gender combo taking in consideration the frame/gender of the baby carrier.

The baby carrier must be young adult to elder an he/she will be the 1st sim in the household with the closest relationship (mom/dad, grandpa/grandma, big sister/brother, uncle/auntie, roomie) This is important when choosing the file you’re going to use.

The sim with the toddler can be any gender and any age from teen to elder. The sim carrying the baby looks better if the gender matches the gender of the file. Toddler can be a boy or a girl. Some examples here using MaleCarriesBaby with two men:

The file FemaleCarriesBaby has the same variations and possibilities, but it’s adjusted for the female size.

Rock Your Baby

The second step on the growing family poses. The cute Olaf and the hunky Ventura (both recycled from my library) met at the Pride Parade and decided to start a life together. They've been happy since then, but now, with little Dolores, they're ecstatic.

This pose (5 possible outcomes) will work for any gender/age combo. The carrier must be young adult to elder, any gender. The sim on the left can be any age and gender from teen to elder. The carrier will be the first sim of the household aged from young adult to elder. Expect some clipping depending on the outfit, hairstyle, body shape or the gender. Some poses work better than others. Find your combo.

Be My Baby

These had been the hardest poses of all I created. At first I didn’t understand how babies work. They are just objects attached to the hand of the carrier. Babies can’t be edited, so I had to use the 5 Maxis default poses and work the parent position around the baby. The poses will work for any gender and ages from young adult to elder. This is the first step. I’m already working on a pose with two adults.

Join the #BlendingFriends game play challenge and discover a different way to play with life 💜 This concept all started with a simple conversation in origin with #fuzgirl65. Both of us agreeing we really just needed to get in game and play sims again. That thought in mind and hours of fun filled gameplay later I had a beautiful new family that was a blend between her sim style and mine. Thank you Josie for creating Dawn Simpkins who I simply fell in love with long ago and for inspiring this idea in me 💜

Another great friend, @kassimsdesign loved the idea so much that she and I decided to try this game play scenario again with her sims and mine. The end result being the official start to the #BlendingFriends game play challenge 💜

Official BlendingFriends Challenge information: 

This is a GAME PLAY challenge • I’ve done it many times now and always enjoy watching sims I love connect through their autonomy, not any control from me. 

Rules ~ Put 4 guys by creators you love & 4 gals by different creators in a household. Make sure you include some sims created by you too. Watch them like reality TV until the flirting and coupling starts. You may encourage these actions with outside influencers like traveling with everyone to the romance festival, watching romance TV, using the special incense fragrance to get them in the mood, placing objects with a flirty aura in their home, etc. You can’t directly use any romantic interactions though. Only friendly, funny, etc interactions however it is best not to control those actions either in the beginning. Allow them to socialize and build relationships with whom they want and how they want within the household. After you see clear friendship and romance bars established pick your favorite couple and start a family with them ~ Picking just one is the hardest part. That’s why you see many #BlendingFriends families in the gallery now 😍 ~ After you’ve picked your official couple you can take the control back as you take them through dating, marriage and at least one child. Then share your new blended families with the gallery using the hashtag #BlendingFriends • Co-hosted by #GLovely1 and #KassSimsDesign • 

We’d also love to see your in game screenshots as you go along so please make a picture collage or story blog about it if you have a Tumblr, Twitter, Twitch, YouTube or any other social media you share your simming experiences on • Please ask original creators before uploading your new family to the gallery since you will have a sim from another creator blended together with one of yours. • So far everyone agrees happily to this request! 💜

Now lovely friends get in game and have a blast picking some awesome sims and a brand new home to move them into so you can take on this new way to “PLAY WITH LIFE” 😍

Happy Together

Group Pose

This pose will work not only with any gender combo but also with different ages. The sim carrying the toddler can be any age from young adult to elder. The sim on the right can be any age from teen to elder. Toddler and kid must be those ages for the pose to work. So you can create families with two parents and two kids, a single parent and three kids or two kids and a grandparent, even two grandparents with their grandkids. Find your combo. Once again, thanks for the advice and testing, Lisa (Glovely1simmer)

I had to work with 47 files to allow all these combos, but as this is really annoying when downloading and handling it, I merged them in 4 files, one for each sim. As usual the file name starts with my ID, then the role in the pose and then the title of the pose. You can’t mix them with other poses, they won’t work.

You should get results with less than 10 clicks on the camera button when saving.
