As much as the pace of the show is set, it changes when Luke comes into the room. And everyone’s performances changes in response to [Luke’s] magnetic energy. I mean, it’s…it’s incredible. It feels like, and I can only speak for my own experience, but it feels like a completely different side of Midge that I’m not in control of. You know, it’s been one of the greatest of so many joys working on this show, getting to work with Luke but also taking a step back and watching that performance pour out.
