Aromantics are honestly some of the strongest people I’ve ever seen. They endure so much bullying and so many invalidating remarks, and yet they still persevere and fight through it all. They continue to press on in a world soaked in amatonormativity and arophobia. They reject the untrue ideas that they’re incapable of love, that they’re broken, that they “just haven’t found the right person,” that their orientation isn’t real or normal, and more. They refuse to be cast aside and forgotten. They will not let others drown out their aro identity. And they refuse to be erased from the LGBTQ+ community, a community in which they’ve always had a place. Even after so many years of discourse, even on their hardest days, their aro pride still shines through like a bright, beautiful light as radiant as they are!!!!!

Aros, I am so proud of y’all for that. I am forever proud of every single aro out there for your strength, bravery, and tenacity. It is such a pleasure and a gift to get to share this community with such wonderful people! Y’all are some truly amazing and inspiring individuals 💚🖤
