Spring is innocence, summer is naiveté. As we sat there in the whine of cicadas and warm wind discussing this subtlety, I was stuck in an internal summer of sorts. I knew some things, but not enough to make the right decision. I knew which things were mistakes, but somehow I still wanted to go and make them, for the hope that maybe something good will come out. But you know how it is - after summer comes autumn, and autumn, we decided, was maturity.
