Man I miss being in a relationship it was so much easier to not eat and say no to things
I feel like I've been doing pretty good recently. I just tell myself that I should only eat healthy foods. Like I have greens when I wake up then about an hour late I eat yogurt or something like that then I eat a few pieces of chicken or whatever my mom cooked the night before (she's also into health) the I drink tea and if I feel hungry I take a shower or a 2-3 hour nap then I just eat fruit and honey for dinner or if my mom actually cooks then a eat some of that. Staying in my room and obsessing over something also helps me not want to eat
Went to the beach a little bit ago and of course my sister just had to point out my scars and be like what is that cause I had cut hearts into my abdomen and right in front of my mom of course so then my mom was talking to me about it and I lied about how old they were because she already talked to me about it and made me go to therapy (which I lied my way out of). God sometimes I actually hate my sister and I'm glad my mom cares but I don't think she understands how close I was to relapsing because she was talking to me about it
I don't like going to my dad's house but at least I'm not being watching as much
Why can't I just look pretty like yeah I'm curvey but like why do my arms and legs look huge
