I wrote and produced this song, recorded in Logic with some granular synthesis software. There are some sounds I recorded on a ca. 150 year old Harpsichord at the University of St Andrews. Vocals by James Kenneally. I also directed and edited the video.

A sound experiment I created for On The Rocks Festivals in St Andrews, largest student arts festival in Scotland. In April I organized a group of musicians to write an original score for a movie that was performed live while the movie was projected onto a wall in a dark room. The audience was able to watch the movie without seeing the musicians (a controversial decision as I later found out), being completely enveloped by the resulting recombination of visual and sonic stimuli. A black room and vigorous sound-checking increased the effect.

The idea was inspired by my love for film scoring. Original film scores were live performances by - usually - organ players in the screening room. In the modern age, the connection between the music as performance and the visual addition has been lost. I wanted to bring the music to life right there in the cinema. I organized a group of 5 musicians (including myself) to come together in my bedroom and write a score together. I organized an event with my friend Benoit that showcased our work to an audience of over 50 people while we performed.
Crew:
Patrick Sandquist (Bass + FX), Oscar Swedrup (Drums, Guitar, Voice), James Kenneally (Guitar, Didjeridoo, Voice), Benoit (Guitar), Myself (Keyboards, E-Drums, Toms)
I wrote/produced the music for this fashion video. It's for a brand called My Way. The music is supposed to be edgy and raw, showing the energy and uniqueness of the fashion. Given the location, I decided to use some industrial sounding electronic sounds but still give it that deep electronic sound. The song was made with Reason and a Korg R3.
