i just saw this. i am so sorry i didn’t reply you way earlier. you can download it at jpopsuki. however, you have to be a member there and the registration has closed for that forum unless you know someone that is already a member and give an invite to you.

but i do have an alternative. you can download it at weibo. sign up as member in both weibo and pan baidu. weibo is something like facebook and pan baidu is something like dropbox. pan baidu has a large free space so you can download the concert tour. but it is in chinese so you might need to google on how to do it. if you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask me again. :)
