A fight for the right to exist

This morning was so good and then the new Batman knightfall movie was announced and Tim Drake is not #chopped and that’s literally my son right there and then it was all downhill from there getting slowly and slowly worse

#first eklund was traded to Ottawa literally one of my fav players #then I had a shitty day at work cause we’re busy as shit and will be all week #don’t even get out until after 10:30 which is so much later than normal #and then I get home and I’m laying comfy in bed #preparing myself mentally to go to bed and be ready for my internship tomorrow #and my friend texts me thinking our roommate already talked to me and she hadn’t and now we have to chat tomorrow morning : D #no one dead or dying but apparently some th ing not good happened with our apartment #I gotta die

My ego just got destroyed like never before I was watching a video about teen titans from someone who’s not as extremely familiar with dc like he is with marvel and he made a joke about Tim Drake not having his mom for a full year and I was like “that’s not true lmao” and looked it up and lo and behold it fucking was

With the KH4 trailer coming out I watched a lore video to get caught up (6 hours long btw actually insane) since I haven’t touched kingdom hearts since KH3 came out and I’m realizing I have no clue how the fuck I got through that game in the first place cause there’s so much more lore than I knew and tho I don’t remember it I had to have been confused as fuck playing it with all these different characters popping up that have origins in five million other games

#I just remember really loving the game #and I know I definitely tried to get into the lore after playing #even tried some of the other games #but the fact that 90% of the video I watched was unfamiliar to me #I don’t think I knew most of it even after attempting to learn the rest of the story #I knew even less playing the damn game #how the fuck did I make it to the end #the overarching plot must’ve been incomprehensible to me

Fun fact about me I can’t listen to American cars by Noah kahan without bursting into fucking tears every time

#one of my favorite songs on the album and I can’t even listen to it without taking the time to mentally prepare myself #I am not looking more into this for my own sanity thank you very much
