all in one weekend. not 100% sure of prices I lost my note part way through totaling - which totaled around $3,230. I’m sure it exceeded the $4,000 mark.
Do you ever just realize that you have a vast knowledge on something that a lot of people don’t and that it’s an illegal thing and that we’re all criminals?

Almost got caught at Kohls today, super scary. But didn’t take anything so they didn’t apprehend us!
How often does Ulta check inventory?
We did full inventories once a year since we were a lower shrink store, but once a week we did these things called cycle counts. So pretty much corporate would choose a high theft department (one week it would be women’s fragrance, then men’s, then the different prestige brands). It was pretty much to keep up with what we needed in the store. We literally did nothing else with that information lol. I would say though, if you’re stealing like 10 Naked palettes from one store, they’ll notice and step up their watch on the Urban section, that’s why it’s probably best to hit a few different ones!

on saturday I went to urban and put a bunch of stuff in the store shopping bag, then adjusted all my shopping bags so it was slightly hidden. Then I handed the SA a pile of clothes when I went into the fitting room and she absolutely didn’t notice the shopping bag or anything, and I got soooo much! I think this might be a game changer for my lifting

I used to have trouble removing gator tags with pliers or rubber bands (still want to try that credit card way) so this is how I’ve done it, I hope this helps someone!

Any tips for hobby lobby? I couldn't see any visible cameras so that made me really scared but I still lifted a couple things anyway but idk what the security is like there... If there are no cameras you could literally take whatever you want wherever but I'm sure I'm missing something.
Yeah it took me awhile to figure out the layout, basically they have like 5 cameras total at mine and they are only pointed at their expensive stuff like jewelry and scrap booking. Any other isle you can just stuff shit in your bag, make sure employees and customers are nowhere near. I remember when I had the realization like wow this is way too easy. All you have to do is go in one of the other dozens of isles without cameras and be SURE an employee isn’t roaming by. They walk around a lot.
I have a tip for acting casual. Pay attention to how you feel and behave when you really shop and don't lift at all. That intense calm and not having your guard up. It helps to keep some of that calm while still lifting. Be good-humored and relaxed, but careful, be polite with the people around you, make space for people who need to work, elderly people, anyone. When you check for cameras pretend to look for the right aisle or certain items. One suspicious moment can get you caught.
