It was actually quite nice how they played out the ‘jealousy’ in episode 7. Like, yeah you had your typicalish response, but as pointed out by @dokidokiharahara - it wasn’t the ugly kind of jealousy, that makes you want to throw something at the male lead.
It was more focused on her feelings than his; and instead of being about how he is the better choice etc, it was more about how he can better himself so he can be someone that she would like.
