Regarding your health and fitness, you can feel good, be positive, follow your dreams, lose weight and tone muscle. No matter how much you weigh or how you look, practice remembering the “be positive-feel good-dream” part. Strengthen in your priorities and the rest will follow.

How are you going to feel standing at the mountaintop of your dreams realized? Find the feeling now. The body you have now will be the body you have on the mountaintop. You can practice your mountaintop feeling now. Your body is always changing but it is always your body. You can find the good feeling of feeling good. Practice. Practice being positive feeling good and imagining your dreams and know you are on track. Know you are right on schedule.

What if your fitness was not defined only by physical factors such as body fat or muscle tone? What if you defined your fitness as ‘richness of being’? What if your fitness was marked by presence, feeling, positive thought…how would that look? More importantly, how would that feel? You can feel super great, the sweet strength of equanimity, no matter how much you weigh or how your muscle tone looks. And it’s fun, because if you come at your exercise, your fitness training, as about 'feeling good’ as a priority, not only do you get to feel good but you also swiftly address your body composition and muscle awesomeness.

Think positive, plant positive seeds, and get positive results. Just a little bit of positive can yield BIG. Furthermore, a little bit of negative is easily washed away, obliterated, by the positive. Choose positive thoughts, positive physical tension (strength) and positive actions (when what you are doing FEELS GOOD) and have fun watching magic happen in your life.
