30 Day Challenges of 2014

Hi, I'm L and at the start of 2014 a friend of mine had influenced me to carry out a challenge for 30 days, at the time he was trying the life of a Vegan. During much thought I realized attempting 30 Day Challenges would be really worth while and make my year more productive. Throughout the year I will try various 30 Day Challenges such as Mediating, Stop smoking, 30 sit ups a day, High calorie intake, Low calorie intake, No Social networking, Alcohol free diet, Learn something new everyday, No eating meat, 30 squats a day, 5am start, Read as many books as possible and many more. These challenges will last 30 days and consist of me blogging my experience, will power and breakdowns.
