BACK in time: the first two pictures were taken the day after my first T shot in 2012. I was embarrassingly scrawny. My scapulas were clearly visible in a relaxed state, looking like they were going to break through my skin. Not a good look at all. I started pulling weight and put some muscle on my back in the process. The bottom photo was taken last summer (2016). Sometimes I get discouraged about the progress I am making in my training (which happens sporadically), but then I pull out the throwbacks and the results are evident. I am far from my goal physique though. There’s more work to be done.
