i didn’t actually succeed at the polyamory but the game also just forgot that i romanced regongar at all right at the end so alls well that ends well.

you can always idly draw character concepts with no plot or especially distinct personality inspired by flicking through a ttrpg rulebook that you might never play. it’s always morally correct.

based on reading vagabond, not pictured: luminary of the eclipse’s devoted firebreathing dragonborn paladin who is responsible for the scorched ones uhh. scorching. and the “protagonist”-y character i envisioned who is a vanguard and either an orc or a human with a really weird complex who wishes they were an orc — either way they never everrrr take off their fullplate armour. was hired as a bodyguard for the eclipse but she betrayed them in some way and they ended up falling in with the scorched one.

the scorched one: i did give her a normal pre-incident name but i can’t remember it oops… used to be a luminary but after The Incident she lost her connection to her god, so she’s a gunslinger now. some kind of ambiguous connection to the eclipse but got badly badly badly stabbed in the back. very alone, tends to wander around in the eclipse’s wake & people tend to talk about her like a ghost story, a spectre spotted out in the wilds. ridiculously tall, like, even for an elf — pushing if not surpassing 7ft.

luminary of the eclipse: human luminary, real name callisto. villain? kind of a prophet and kind of a cult leader. very charismatic in a slightly scary way. definitely absolutely not an expy of anyone no sireeeeee.

magalie: goblin witch :) kind of an addon character rather than one directly connected to the others. lives on her own out in the woods and had been burned in the past mingling with wider society. very anxious & awkward & defensive.

aurélie: no connection at all to anyone else even a little bit lol. human magus, a student with a bee in her bonnet investigating some kind of dark secret lurking behind her university.

took nakey maevis off the other post for the sake of a separate mature content label. shout out to when i drew the first one and felt so cowardly for giving her an undershirt (defeats the point) that i drew her naked to make up for it

artblocked as fuck but i just finished a study in scarlet so i figured id continue my one layer adventures and try drawing old men from a completely different unrelated book 👍

playing with doing things all on one layer and in tandem with that practicing painting in procreate… emphasis on pain. i haven’t took to any procreate painting brush as quickly as i did csps default goache brush #sad </3

the design choice wasn’t intentional but i noticed the colours i use for crescent moon look a lot like inverted pictures. so i played with that on purpose this time ❤️

edit because i forgor: eyes in particular were inspired by this gorgies cm by @chicken-shawarma :3

i did cm herself with the inverse colours straight up but admittedly i did the background normal style and just just inverted it in settings :P the sketch also because she looked pretty.
