Which exercises do you do for your side abs? It looks amazing! I'm almost under weight and I still can't see my obliques.
I don't work core as much as people think I do! But constantly keeping my abs engaged.. Like when I'm driving or eating .. Whatever it is.. That actually goes a long way! It's like a constant mini ab workout
Uh... how did were you able to squat 230 without gaining a single ounce of muscle and running track? LOL SURE JAN. 😂
I weighed 15+ lbs more of muscle compared to where I am at right now. So yes, that is possible. And you must not run track to know that plenty of athletes *for example- Allyson Felix* that have a small build, can still lift heavy. Her leg press is 700lbs.
