what makes schaefer so special is that he really truly loves hockey but more than that he loves his mom and his dad and his brother and his teammates and his coach and the guy in the stands with the believe sign and the kids asking for his signature at warmies and the equipment guys and the social media people and shannon hogan and butch goring and the martin girls and etc and etc. he is so filled with love and goodness and humility and that is what makes him so special. i am so glad hes gonna be an islander for the next 20 years but mostly im just glad hes alive. what a kid. the world is a better place with a kid like him in it!!!

macklin: my favorite snack is gum, i don't know what my favorite movie is, i've never been to a concert, i'm not sure if i use shampoo or not i'll have to think about it, i woke up at 5am when i was a kid and skated and skated and ran up hills and stare at the puck, i was homeschooled and played hockey mostly, and then i went to hockey school for hockey and played hockey there, and then i wen't to college for hockey, i don't read every day i play hockey, i'm gonna relax more this summer unlike last summer so i will day drink every day for (1) week and then sign up for yet another international hockey tournament, why are you looking at me like that i am normal!! I know who princess diana is!

enter will smith: here eat this banana bread and dubai chocolate i made, and let's go to a fancy italian restaurant, you haven't seen american pie?? ok lets watch that, and all these other ones, and here we'll go golfing and then go to this new cafe that opened up, and we should start a board game night, and let's have a book club (dw we can listen to the audiobook together while we hit each other with ping pong balls), and lets create and obstacle course and see who can win, and then we can drive around and run errands. and also hockey is still there too, don't worry!
