I don't like to go too in-depth about it. I find the symptoms embarrassing and distressing to think about. Everything about it is deeply rooted in my personal trauma.

Nothing much to say other than that it is not how people online claim it to be and is a very hard thing to live with.

Do you have OSDD?

No. I have DID, but I refer to it as MPD. (I feel as if saying multiple personalities better describes my own personal experience & it's what my mom refers to it as)

OSDD would mean having no blackout amnesia or distinct personalities, while I have episodes of blackout amnesia and distinct personality changes that others in my life notice.
