ok it is the most frustrating thing ever how like when i listen to music, i see the most detailed animation on the planet in my own head and want to get even a glimmer of it actually animated!! yet even making a simple storyboard is like ........ um... so.. where are these grand ideas and epic frames i had in my head? this also applies to AMVs.

#do musicians get this? do they think of epic compositions and just lose them as soon as they get to their instrument/audio edit program?#i feel like with art ive gotten good at KEEPING an image in my head to draw later. but an animation is 100000 images (same w AMV) so

i haaaate favoritism in the work place, I try to not take it personally but ive been asking for a long time to be moved to another department bc of chronic pain. But the Favored one who calls off like all the time and avoids actually working gets to be moved instead, and has much less senority. Thats just amazing. if i wasnt in pain i wouldnt be so bitter about it bc idc about that shit but like when ur holding all the weight down in terms of labor and someone else is treated like theyre responsible for sucessfully doing that, ur gonna feellll some way
