I hate eating out….I try to avoid it because you really can’t be sure what they are putting in your food. I ordered a calzone from the mellow mushroom 3 weeks ago….instead of vegan cheese they used real cheese and I didn’t realize it until I was half way done. I have been sick since then. I literally developed flu like symptoms….fever, chills, body aches, and a cough and I still can’t shake the cough. It was an allergic reaction…a foreign invader similar to a virus, bacteria, or pollen.

If you suffer from severe allergies, asthma, any kind of respiratory distress….you should remove dairy from your diet. It’s bad stuff….. #vegan
