Bilingual approach.

English and Hebrew* - A short conversation, husband and wife.

Wife: “You’re the only man I know that can turn delicious lemonade into lemons.”

Husband: “Good, sugar is bad for you.”

The husband’s first language is Hebrew so I took this as an opportunity to use the Hebrew specific typefaces and glyphs. As well as approaching the notion that English speakers read from left to right and Hebrew speakers read from right to left, so it a sense it’s a mirrored image.
