ROBERT DOWNEY JR. as JULIAN WELLS Less Than Zero (1987) dir. Marek Kanievska
Sooooo anybody wanna see my Julian Wells cosplay or nah?
Can we talk about RDJ's performance in Less Than Zero please? PLEASE? He stands out so much in a mediocre 80s movie. He's so good in it, so frickin good, I cannot put in words how deeply I love and care for his portrayal of Julian Wells. Idc if it's a sentimental version of the book Julian, I literally do not care how unfaithful to the whole ass movie is because I love it so much. And Robert did it so fucking beautifully.
Hey hello guys so ya'll don't get confused, I decided to change my blog Organisation! This is my main/personal blog now.

Tony Stark
Can we talk about Tony Stark for a minute? “Demon in a Bottle,” was a nine-issue story arc that deals with Tony Stark’s aggressive alcoholism. His armour “malfunctions” and he accidentally kills a man, sending him into a downward spiral of drunken nights and self-loathing. A woman then helps him through his addiction and leads him through withdrawal.
After all of that, after having to go through all of that, he becomes optimistic and hopeful for the future. He becomes kind and willing to help those he cares for, and those he doesn’t quite know. That really speaks volumes to me because people just think he’s a dick. But he’s a man who conquered addiction and trauma, who used a pate full of ambition to get through his issues.
I really admire Tony Stark, I feel like everyone should.
I’m still reading the Demon in a Bottle arc and I can literally see the desperation and hurt in Robert’s Tony. It would make such a great story and he would be so insanely great for acting this. Just why did Disney had to buy Marvel? Why???
I heard about this dramatic diva doing ‘the hamlet’ while moping and contemplating his life choices but to experience it first hand while reading is another thing all together let me tell you
Just finished reading “Demon In A Bottle” and it’s making me kind of sad knowing we’re not going to get a film that actually deals with Tony’s alcoholism…

“The only thing you fight for is yourself. You know, you may not be a threat but you better stop pretending to be a hero.”
Tony Stark deserves better.
