Ugh i am so impatient for the 24th Fire and Ash will finally be on Disney+ i couldn't afford to see it in theaters, and it has been hard not to spoil myself, i know some out of context things. Just hope it is as good as the other ones from what bits i have seen from the trailers.

I was beyond satisfied at my viewing! It might not have that in-theater PUNCH, but you should like it! I know some major stores (like Walmart) are selling disks! So if you have anything that can play a disk, you can use that.

Ya know as much as i Love the Avatar films it wasn't the film that introduced me to James Cameron no that honor goes to Titanic, which also has led me to being massively interested in the actual ship, but I love Avatar too.

For the FOP image project:

I am (attempting) Photographing photos from all Na'vi camps and resistance field labs!

Unlike my other detail shots, this will make it easier for my images to be used in conjunction with the Avatar wiki. Flora/Fauna visible at those locations have close-up images showing the local flora/fauna that was close enough to the location. So when you view the wiki, you can specifically identify the biome and other information!

Chimera Chaos Chapter 5: Capture Class

Reef vs Forest Na'vi scent thing.

I imagine the Reef Na'vi have softer scents due to their lifestyle. As they aren't leaving scent lines while hunting/marking routes... That is to say, when the Sullys arrive at Awa'atlu, their scenting culture & scent strength must have been a little jarring.

Maybe Ronal gets migraines from the Sully's & Neytiri's strong scent, & that's what started her annoyance. Pregnancy does increase scent sensitivity. Just Ronal walking up and getting PUNCHED in the nose & brain with a strong earthy smell and getting an instant ache in her skull. Aonung & Tsireya come home smelling like the Sully kids, even if they don't have skin-to-skin contact because of it. And god, it's so much worse when the kids start giving each other friendly gifts with their scent on them. Ronal: I'm glad you're getting along, but the bracelet stays outside the house. Tsireya: I could put it in a bag? Aonung: Mom, what about the shell Tuk gave me? Ronal: Scrub it for five minutes. Tsireya: That's not fair! Tonowari: Daughter, woven items carry scents strongly.

Engineer being all to aware that while Shaw looks like him in a wide biological sense, she's far more fragile. Not due to her womanhood, no. But because she's human. Entirely non-biology modified for space travel. Where he can handle toxic air for days, she can't last seconds. Harsh cold has his blood producing natural ant-freeze where Shaw would die. When extreme heat cooks her alive, his in-built suit vents heat while retaining moisture... All this leading to over protection. He's aware that his living spaces fluctuate wildly in temperature, toxicity, and other issues. Where she needs a stable all-around living space. He agonizes over location the ideal location in his ship for her. Measuring everything he can think of. Radiation, light levels, micro organism populations on surfaces. He's working to hell and back- And then he finds her already settled. Having moved her things into a quiet corner that's on the opposite side of the wall as the main engine. The heat is perfect. The hallway has good airflow. The gravel floor is manageable with a few foam pads. She's fine.

He feels as stupid as he is relived.

Chimera Chaos Chapter 4: Leashed

"-Friend! I am a friend!-" The human cries. The Na'vi language is messy on his tongue. Layered with a dialect that belongs to the water instead of the forest.

"Silence!" Tsu'tey snarls in English.

Did Tonowari teach him the sign for 'friend' in a past encounter? That'd be way cooler than him learning it via observing the Na'vi from a distance.

frfr tho he's reminiscent of both Grace + Trudy while remaining his own character! Openly admits to drinking the guilt away, and takes every chance they can to remind the sea dragon crew how fucked up the hunting they do is. And let's not even get into his heroics in movie 3!

While I will always stay obsessed with Jake Sully, Ian is easily my favorite character that isn't considered 'main cast.' He will get the highest honor I give all the characters I love... Smoking hot sex and horror of the tenth degree. Not necessarily in any order.

How funny would it be if Quaritch came back as a Viperwolf? Spider runs from this wolf, thinking he's getting attacked. Only for the wolf to willingly throw itself into the ocean to follow him home. Next thing the Sully family knows, they have a dog.

Jake: I had a cat growing up, and you had a pig-thing... Pets teach responsibility.

Neytiri: But those were tame animals, Jake. This is a wild animal...

Both turn to watch as Quaritch's Viperwolf reincarnation chases a bug away from Spider.

Neytiri: ... it sleeps outside

Viperwolf Q barking like a mf:

Jake: I'm telling you, baby. It told me the food was burning!

Neytiri looking at him with doubt: I will believe it when I see it.

Viperwolf Q tries to get Spider + Jake to recognize him. But marking code makes him outside for the day. His paws aren't dexterous enough to write. Even dragging lines in the sand doesn't work. Soon enough he relents to his fate and starts sleeping at the door to guard. Viperwolf Q has to deal with being washed, trained to fetch, and so much more to stay by Spider. A sort of punishment, even better if one day he wakes up MOSTLY the way he was before + Viperwolf features, and now everyone knows he was the same 'dog' that fetched sticks

Viperwolf Quaritch looks for Jake only to find him and Neytiri going at it, so he IMMEDIATELY leaves and does everything he can to keep the kids entertained and far away until Neytiri and Jake come back. Embarrassed out of his mind catching his tail, so Tuk stops asking for mom.

Other days Quaritch sits & watches the repair work the village does after the raid. The preparations for the future battles. Finding a stiff appreciation for the work ethic.... Also, Toruk can 100% tell it's him and HATES him. Toruk being pet by Jake & glaring at Quaritch, who shakes in fear.

Spider brings Q inside cuz it's cold. Despite Neytiri's 'it sleeps outside rule.' He says that Q could freeze to death, and Jake offers the idea of "On earth, we used to have little houses for dogs, we can make one for the dog so it doesn't die!' & Neytiri agrees.
