Think positive. :))
It used to be called "iron-poor blood," but now we know it as anemia. Whatever you call it, one way to help treat it is to eat foods rich in iron (most doctors recommend taking a supplement, too). To boost the amount of iron in your diet, try these foods: Red meat Egg yolks Dark, leafy greens (spinach, collards) Dried fruit (prunes, raisins) Iron-enriched cereals and grains (check the labels) Mollusks (oysters, clams, scallops) Turkey or chicken giblets Beans, lentils, chick peas and soybeans Liver Artichokes And here's a tip: If you eat iron-rich foods along with foods that provide plenty of vitamin C, your body can better absorb the iron.

English 30: Resume Evaluation
Crystal Anne T. Aquino Professor Arnel F. Galang, Jr.
Joseph Oliver S. Yap English 30
Based on the qualities of a good résumé written on English 30 readings, which is shown by the résumé attached hereto, Mr. Yap has what it takes to be considered for an interview. The following are proofs that the applicant crafted a notable résumé:
Stated the purpose/s directly and concisely. The purpose was set clearly at the beginning of the work particularly under the Objective heading, to secure a position in product design and manufacturing that is.
Used jargon/buzzwords of the industry. The fact that I even had to search whatSeimens Solid Edge ST3 is shows that the applicant used words of the industry and thus he knows exactly his target audience/s. I found out however that it is supposed to be Siemens instead of Seimens.
Emphasized relevant activities. Skills that are helpful in almost every job were included, as: self- assigned written and verbal fluency in English; ability to speak Mandarin Chinese as a second language; ability to use computer programs specifically Seimens Solid Edge ST3, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and ability to work with others which can be shown in the organization the applicant belongs to.
Included significant information. Mr. Yap is a member of the UP Fencing Team so if I were an employer, this will create an impression that he is active, fit, and hence more efficient. Also, given that he can speak Mandarin Chinese and that he is fluent in English as well, he can be considered to be assigned in China if I have a branch there.
However, the following can weaken his résumé, and therefore need to be developed:
Lacks creativity. The applicant wishes to apply for a position that involves designing but the résumé provides little to no hint of creativity.
Looks generic. Mr. Yap can still enhance his résumé by making it unique. For instance, in his goal, he may add something like to contribute in manufacturing an eco- friendly product without sacrificing the fanciness of it, stuffs like that. This way, the employer may take into account that this person is not just a typical, ordinary employee but a potential asset who can contribute to the innovation of the products of the company.
Although the applicant appears to be inexperienced and could be at the disadvantage when matched up to a more experienced, veteran applicant, the University of the Philippines itself which name the applicant is holding sure will make up for what he is lacking and this will certainly open up more opportunities for Mr. Yap.
