EVO is the biggest event in fighting games and any game on the main showcase there gets thousands of viewers and tons of publicity. In case you didn’t realize, skullgirls is on its last leg. The future of skullgirls is up in the air and it NEEDS this 8th place at EVO to survive. 

Skullgirls is neck-and-neck with super smash brothers melee in a competition to be on the 8th spot at EVO since the MLP game was dropped. tl;dr Labzero needs money, nintendo doesn’t. If you have been waiting for a kickstarter or some similar way to throw money at skullgirls, this is how you do it right here.

Not only would a win for skullgirls breath some life into this dying game, it would also show that consumers are still willing to support hard working indie developers.

I'm afraid I won't be having a jolly Christmas at all. No family is over, no friends, I haven't gotten anything since I was 5 years old. My parents think I'm too old for Christmas. Christmas is usually kinda depressin' for me, heh. But I hope you have a great time Christmas! ((The wonderful person who runs this blog as well! The gift was in fact a plush alpaca - white and fluffy with a jaunty red bow tie.

"What a cute lil' bugger!" She exclaimed. "Thanks so much Marie! Oh, that reminds me..." She starts to look around her hat, groping for a small box in crudely wrapped newspaper and a red bow to top it off. At least she tried and put into a lot of effort to wrapping it. "Wouldn't be very Christmas-sy if I didn't give my best friend a present." She then handed the gift over to Marie. "I know tha wrappin's a bit shotty... but ya won't be disappointed with this gift."

"Go right ahead!" Marie smiles, watching her expectantly.

Arms start to flail as she opens the present, and her robotic eyes grew and glimmered in surprise. Now what could this item be? It was possibly around the lines of a small plush alpaca or a bird, not to replace Avery of course!

[Oh my, what could this be? A whole massive amounts of presents? All for Peacock? My, it's like a certain someone really wanted her to feel part of his family. u v u And lookie there, a framed picture of her, Marie, and pops.]

"Wowzah! Look at all of them presents!" She notices the frame and pics it up for a closer look. "Aww, it's a family photo. Thank god it ain't one of them tacky ones were we all have ta wear ugly sweaters. Either way, it's great!" After looking at the photo, she makes a dive head-first into the pile of presents, letting out a loud, hearty laugh as she swims in the pile.

Without thinking twice, she activated her rocket boots, giving her an immense burst of speed... her plan backfiring quickly as her whole body went through and implanting a large hole in the interior wall. "O-Oww," she croaked, spitting out a few wooden pieces and debris from the wall. "That got outta hand really fast."
