What I’ve eaten today so far in recovery
Breakfast;
2eggs
2cups fresh mixed greens
¼ cup canned mushrooms
3heaping tablespoons diced tomatoes
1 serving shredded cheese
2small red potatoes
Another couple tablespoons mushrooms
¼ of a small onion
Some home made chicken gravy
Instant coffee with almond milk, monkfruit, and coca
Snack
Flour tortilla
Some penut butter powder
Dark chocolate coca powder
A banana
Dark chocolate chips
Snack:
Orange
Late Lunch:
About 1/4 cup white rice
About 1/4 cup home made chicken gravy
About 1/3 cup rotisserie chicken
About 1/3 cupRanch seasoned broccoli

Half a banana

You could DEFINITELY cut down on the cheese but I like my cheese.... I eat this with salt free tortilla chips, sometimes I mix up the veggies like adding extra tomatoes or more chicken. My excuse to have nachos.

Cabbage "noodles"- recipie
Okaaaay sooo i am OBSESSED with this recipie. THIS IS SO SIMPLE AND SO good. And cabbage is sooo low cal
Ingredients
1/2 head (about 1 lbs) green cabbage 109 cal
Diced tomato (couple tablespoons ish) 8 cal
Salt/pepper/italian seasonings0 cal
OPTIONAL vegan chicken/tofu/meat substitute of your choice for mine about 100 cal
OKAY so chop the cabbage long and thin, like noodles. Grilled cabbage has aboit 22 cal per cup so this stuff is an amazing cheap alternative to the miricle noodles.
I HIGHLY reccomend giving your cabbage a salt bath first, since it is mostly water. To do this just toss a generous amount of salt in with your cabbage, like MUCH more than you would eat. After an hour or two just rinse all the salt out. I dont always have time to do this but it helps.
Next put your cabbage in a nonstick pan. If you didnt pre-salt it do so now to go ahead and get those juces out. You shouldnt need to cover your cabbage for long just until its soft. It is gonna release ALOT of water.
Secound add your faux meat and seasonings and cook it down. I do this uncovered unrill most of the water is gone and then add my tomatos and cook it down again. You can toootaly do tomato sauce instead of tomato or cauli alfredo or anything. I swaer this is so good
The WHOLE thing is about 217 cal with faux meat. But it is about 3 servings so each serving is about 72 cal.
Def could of done better. Think imma start using cabbage as noodles 😍 much cheaper easier and lower cal than zucchini
