To those of you suffering from Pure O (A type of OCD),

I know it's exhausting to live in fear of your own thoughts. I know it's constantly exhausting to validate yourself or to seek validation that the thoughts aren't real. I know it's exhausting, I know it isn't just "regular anxiety", I know that the thoughts are absolutly terrifying. I know it's extremely exhausting everyday to have your thoughts and obsessions constantly be at the forefront of your mind. However, I also know that you are making progress. I also know you are not your thoughts. I know you are trying your absolute best. I know that you will improve. And even though improvement does not happen overnight, I know you will get there. ❤
