Though it may seem like this sinner daydreams more often than not, it would be rash to assume she's inattentive. If prompted—and don't forget, if you do not prompt it, it may not speak at all—she will say whatever is on her mind and do whatever she's told. It's best not to leave this sinner in the dark whenever possible, as it carries an unvoiced child-like curiosity that won't burn out anytime soon.
#15 - Fiver (they/them) 🏹
"Look. Look. That's the place for us. High, lonely hills, where the wind and the sound carry, and the ground's as dry as straw in a barn. That's where we ought to be. That's where we have to get to."
Particulars: Catastrophizing, prefers to follow
This sinner is often troubled, especially by little flaws or uncertainties in plans, however hellbent on an outwardly polite and self-assured demeanor they may be. Don't let their fretting affect your judgment; as their manager, you must remain steadfast no matter what. Additionally, expressing gratitude towards this sinner is imperative if you want to avoid any future complications.
#16 - Icarus (he/it) ⛅
"Ἢ τὰν ἢ ἐπὶ τᾶς. / Either it, or on it."
Particulars: Aversion to blood, devoted
A sinner who claims self-sufficiency, showing disdain towards others; this sentiment is shared among said others, but letting him have his way in being left alone has already yielded poor results. While his arrogant criticisms may pose difficulties to our mission, silencing them altogether is as equally imprudent as completely allowing his interference—we suggest balancing the two when handling it, as not all of his sharp words come from a place of pride.
#17 - Pandora (she/her) 🏺
"Κακοῦ κόρακος κακὸν ᾠόν. / From a bad crow, a bad egg."
Particulars: Fickle
With loyalty only to her version of justice, overly dramatic prosecution over the smallest missteps towards 'evil' are quick to come out of her mouth. Because of this, her trust is often unsteady, but easy to regain in most cases. If you notice her openly resenting another sinner because of belief-based squabbles, it's best to pull her aside for a consultation to nip the problem in the bud before it blooms into something that can't be closed.
#18 - Chigiri / CT (he/him) 🩹
"花は桜木人は武士 / Of flowers, the cherry blossom; of men, the warrior."
Particulars: Struggles with sudden changes
Letting this sinner participate on the front lines of combat would, in most circumstances, put you in unfavorable places on the manager scale due to the simple life he lived prior to joining. (He also apparently lost his given weapon on the first week of employment.) Instead, he shines brightest in the events that follow combat, capable of lessening the burden of your rewinding; he can be trusted to nurse almost any non-lethal injury on the other sinners without complaining.

Particulars: Tinkerer
This sinner, if nothing else, has practical use as a multi-tool and can pick up new skills with relative ease. With extensive experience in a professional workspace, dae know better than to cause trouble, even though the barely-observable look of boredom in his eyes would suggest otherwise. However, insistence on professionalism make consultations especially difficult due to this sinner's avoidance towards personal questions—we'd go as far as to say that speaking with this sinner is an all or nothing, as she either yields a curt response or a wordy, in-depth explanation.

Particulars: Sharp memory
Talkative dispositions and desire for companionship has led this sinner to quickly become acquaintances with some of the other sinners, even before you rose properly to the position of their manager. But, even a social employee can become tiresome—minimize unnecessary consultations for this sinner and, if possible, reassign their seating semi-frequently. To put it shortly, this kind of monitoring must be applied to every aspect of their character.

This Sinner hardly needs nudging in the right direction, as she already seems to know how to maintain her composure and tread the path of an everyday citizen, unlike some of the rest. She can handle most social situations with ease, able to get along with most—save for the contrarians. Under the case that her mood seems to destabilize, we suggest leaving her to it. Consultations will fail to reach her in such a state.

Typically, a sinner that puts effort into keeping their relationships with their colleagues steady (or at the very least somewhat pleasant) would be no trouble at all, but in the case of this sinner, such a behavior is not an indication of anything amiable in his heart. That being said, pushing them to speak of her true thoughts at this moment would be unfavorable—drink a wine too soon, and its taste may displease you, but drink it too late... Well, any poor judgment could easily show you what the consequences may be, dear manager.

In any company, a manager will find those proactive towards their advancement up its ladder—this sinner is a prime example of such a character, and we sincerely doubt that you'll find any trouble managing them, should you recognize their efforts. We must remind you, however, that the sinners do not abide by rules of survival-of-the-fittest; for as long as they remain under your guidance, the basic values of cooperation must be set and regulated with this Sinner in particular.
