Anyways... Hello? Uhm... I guess you should get to know me some..

I'm Roast and I'm from, what you all know as, the "Steve Legends Era..." whatever thats supposed to mean. I'm currently dating a Forest Steve named Fern and I love them very much <3

My pronouns are he/him

I'm a scout/elite for the Red Kingdom. I enjoy doing archeology as a side hobby when I have the time, and I'm often gone for weeks at a time. I'm second youngest of the elites, being 21

My main weapons are any type of bow and daggers, but if I have to use anything else, I will (even if I don't like it.)

Goggles is one of my closest friends, and I tell him ALL the stuff I find when I'm out, and if possible, bring some stuff back for him!

*Beef looks.. strangely focused, but not on either of them. It seems like he's listening to something.*

You good? *Roast asked,* You seem focused.. Is the Pale God speaking to you..? Or is it something else you're listening to..?

"Yeah.. it's... it's the Pale God." *He sighs, shaking his head.* "Nothing.. important. I am.. just.. remembering some.. unpleasant things, and they are.. trying to help."

*He smiles at him for a moment, before frowning again. His eyes all get very unfocused. He looks light-headed...*

*His eyes widen for a moment, before his knees buckle under him and he collapses, unconscious...*

*Roast catched him before he hit the ground. He gently lied him down and checked his pulse and breathing, making sure that he was still alive.*

*His breathing is a little shaky, but mostly normal. His pulse is a bit faster than it should be. He's definitely unconscious, but alive.*

*Suddenly, his many eyes snap open, all locking onto Roast. His pupils are shrunken to near pinpricks...*

*He slowly sits up, eyes still locked onto Roast. He pushes himself into a standing position, his movements jerky and awkward.. like he isn't used to moving around at all..*

*Roast just watched him, not knowing what to do..* Are.. Are you okay..? Can you say something, Beef..? You're scaring me a little...

*He(?) slowly tilts his head, speaking in a low, raspy voice that was much quieter than his own...* "Ah... so you.. are the one... my Vessel was.. referring to...?" *He tilts his head further. There's a sickening crack, his neck clearly not meant to bend that far.*

*Roast cringed at the crack, flattening his ears against his head.* Are you the Pale God Beef spoke about..?

"Yes... I am. You are.. one of the.. brothers of my Vessel, yes...?"

*He visibly cringed at the cracking.* That may be because he's not from my universe and I'm not from his.. But if that's not it, then what else..?

*They look him up and down...* "You... do not.. seem... as broken as them." *They keep their eyes on him,* "You.. stand with... confidence."

"Yes... i was.. close, with a few. A long, long.. time ago. The.. God of Decay, and the.. Silent One." *There's a look of genuine warmth and love in their eyes as they speak about their old friends...*

I'll have to ask about them later.. *His pupils dilated with curiosity before constricting, making a mental note to ask about them at some point.* Have you.. met one named 'Mal..?'

*The warmth in their eyes immediately fades, replaced by cold, bitter hatred..* "Unfortunately... yes. I saw that.. my Vessel.. attacked him. That was... dangerous and reckless, but.. understandable."
