Sorry for all the food posts but I'm on a roll this week. These literally took me 3 minutes to make. So if you suffer from a sweet tooth disorder like me here you go. Protein Peach Cobbler: Mix a couple servings of Kodiak protein pancakes mix with cinnamon and water to form a batter, spray a muffin tin and place peaches or whatever fruit you want on the bottom. Pour the batter over and sprinkle with more cinnamon and a little bit of brown sugar. Put oven on broil until a knife comes out of the center pretty much clean. Only takes a few minutes. You could even add nuts or syrup or whatever you want and it's a super easy breakfast/dessert.
