I tried to make bound buttonholes, which I haven't done since I was 15. I have fast remembered why that is the case. I think it does look pretty though, so the effort was worth it!

I got a new patch! It's from a store called Alma's Werkshop and the artist is Mel Stringer! Now I just want a denim vest to put it on! I'm thinking there will also be lots of lace involved!

I finished this blouse yesterday! The pattern is the bowtie blouse from Gerties New Book For Better Sewing, altered to fit my extremely short self! It was waaaaay to cold just to wear a blouse though, so I had to cover it up with a jumper all day

Elephants! Elephants in elephants on elephants! I still need to sew down the elephants (at the moment they're stuck down with fusible webbing) and give them ears and eyes! Then they're going to be pockets on an apron!
