Megatron, what hasn’t been said about the guy? He’s stubborn, big, angry, and refuses to die out of spite. An old mech who won’t let the war go- or is it the other way around? Whatever his reasoning is, one thing is sure- he’s trouble.

( This Megatron tends to be multi-verse. I play him semi-seriously. )

Megatron can and will fight back if he feels he has to, but generally tries to talk before resorting to that sort of thing.

I do play other verses, and au verses as well! Let me know if you want to do something else!

I don’t do 18+ with minors, so please keep in mind that I am 20+!

There will occasionally be semi-gory stuff written. Please let me know if I need to tag anything, though I’ll try to tag them in advance!

If there is a problem, please tell me! I’m no mind reader, and if I’ve upset you or written something you didn’t like, I’m amiable to hearing you out without losing it!

I will not kill your character without prior acknowledgement, and I would like the same from you! Any harm that comes before that, i.e. a fight is free game to me.

"I think they're hoping you'll give them snacks, honestly." Look at them. Begging with their optics. Greedy things.

"We can't possibly have snacks now. It's just about evening fuel, they'll ruin their appetites."

Rung tips his helm, considering.

"I've seen that expression before. Hm..."

Megatron blinked at Rung, then at the silica chips in his servo. ..he didn't really think they'd ruin his appetite, but Rung would probably like it if he waited before having a snack, anyway, so close to dinner.

..he will just... put them back in the cabinet.

"You have? Where?"

“You smell good.” It comes out as much more accusatory than Optimus meant it to, but, staring down at Megatron, he finds little reason to doubt that Megatron won’t understand.

Megatron... blinked at him, bemused at first, and then surprised, optic ridges raising up high. He smelled good.

"You- I?" He smelled like dirt, to him. Well. Dirt and some of the crystals in the garden. "I smell good???? Explain????"

He has to explain?

Convoy mutters something subvocal to himself and makes a half-sparked gesture, digits splayed. “You… smell good.”

Yeah, that absolutely works. Crystal clear, for sure.

He’s already clambering up onto the sofa with him, optics narrowing over his mask. “It’s different than usual.”

The what did you do goes unspoken.

Megatron scrunched his face a little, trying to think of what he might've done differently today. ...he couldn't think of anything, actually.

"I- haven't done anything?" An outspoken answer for an unspoken question. He hadn't done anything. Lifting one arm, he sniffed softly, and then the other-

And then paused, frowning, before popping open his compartment. "A brownie..?"

“Sleepy time,” Rung mumbles, mostly lost beneath the blankets. One long-fingered servo worms free to make little grabby motions at Megatron. “Sleepy. C’do that tomorrow.”

Can do that tomorrow, hm? Well. Rung is the boss here, certainly, so tomorrow it will get done. For now, Megatron set his data pad aside, and lifted the covers to slip underneath, humming softly as he curled Rung to his chassis.

Not complete without a kiss to Rung's helm. "Of course, little Light. It's late."

"Cookies?"

"Want one?" Megatron gestured at a few cooling racks of cookies. "I've been practicing so Rung can have some snacks with tea."

"I got you something but you have to PROMISE you'll wear it. Okay? Preemptive 'it isn't a hat I swear,' b-t-dubs."

"Bee tee dubs.." Well. He sounded genuine enough- couldn't hurt.

"Alright, let me see it, what is it?" It wasn't like he hadn't taken to wearing things, things that he saw, liked, and perhaps wanted to explore. It had taken a.. long time, to be alright with it, and a longer time to want it. Progress was achingly slow, but it was nice to look back at where you'd started.

Wiggles her. Get wiggled.

AGH.

"Let me GO, you OAF," Starscream howls, claws scrabbling against the smooth, rounded armor of Megatron's forearms. "You FOOL. UNHAND ME."

"Haha." What was she going to do? Claw him? Fuss a little? He was going to carry her around like a teddy and there was nothing she could do about it. Maybe even cuddle her a little. The horror.

“I’ll smash your knees with hammers,” the tetrajet swears. “I’ll smash them and then you’ll have to hobble around being sad and pathetic about it and be embarrassed. Maybe I’ll smash your nose again, too, while I’m at it, but on purpose this time—”

The rambling threats continue as Starscream dangles, pedes nowhere near the floor.

“I’ll steal your wife and make him smash your nose this time!”

"Mmhm. What else?"

Megatron pressed his cheek to the top of Starscream's helm. This was a punishment hug- please do not derive please from it.

Maybe he was tormenting her. A little. ..on purpose. Get loved on.

"You're going to smash me with hammers? All of me? Make me into a pancake, even?" ...maybe he shouldn't be taking so much pleasure from doing this. She WAS just as likely to scratch out his optics and then laugh at him and then where would he be?

..well, he'd be here, actually, but without optics. Spooky.

Luckily for Optimus, Megatron is also in a sleepy mood. This meant the tank all but mooshed himself against Optimus with a grumble.

"Shhh."

“What are you making eyes for.”

Blink blonk. Megatron's optics flickered a little, coming back into focus- Starscream. Right. ...was he staring? He'd probably been staring. "Did you.. change your shade of blue? It looks lighter." It did look lighter.

Or maybe it was just the light. ..ok, now if he wasn't staring before, he was NOW.

At some point in the night, much like a feral street cat who has found himself in a house with people who love him, Rodimus quietly tucked himself against Megatron’s side and went to sleep. Now he’s snoring very softy, the half of his spoiler not pressed to the berth twitching lightly with his dreams.

Megatron knew someone was next to him. But.. that wasn't Optimus. Too small. Not Rung, larger. Warmer.

Rodimus? Megatron shifted a little, glancing down a little at the warm spot against his side. ...Rodimus. He worried about Rodimus. Rodimus stayed away, a lot more than he came around. He wondered if it was something he'd done. But here he was, curled against Megatron's side. ..as though he wanted his affection, but couldn't ask for it.

That might be Megatron's fault. They should probably talk about that. ..but for now, Megatron curled his arm around Rodimus lightly, and settled back down. Later. ..later.

"I could sit on you."

"Wh- huh?"

Pardon him, that's just the sound of his processor turning off, and perhaps energon rushing elsewhere.

Maybe he's stupid.

Optimus blinks at him, fins pricked forward slightly. "For the shots. I could sit on you and then you wouldn't be able to go anywhere."

Great news: they're both stupid.

Nevermind. Processor snapping on with the fury of a thousand suns and energon rerouting itself dizzyingly fast.

Megatron took a step back. He was going to bolt.

Megatron moves away from him.

Uncertainty slips into Optimus’ voice. “Megatron?”

The whiplash crackles like feedback between them. Optimus frowns, the scarring over his mouth stiffly pulling his protomesh into a grimace as he presses a servo over his chassis as if he were the wounded party.

The playful mood has evaporated. And he was the one to have broken it. “I apologize. I overstepped.”

He was in a bit of a whiplash moment, himself. He couldn't quite hide the darting of his optics, searching for someone else with a needle.

It took a moment, a beat, but he was able to shut down those instincts in favor of taking a deep, calming vent. And then another, like he'd practiced, and another after that, until he felt less... edgy.

"Don't. Feel bad," he managed, shifting side to side before reaching towards the other mech. "Come here?"

There was a.. plea, to his tone. Megatron wasn't necessarily one for truly begging, but he came close, here.
