Being chronically ill is... Really lonely.

Being up at odd hours because your body won't allow you to rest.

Canceling plans because you're too sick or tired.

Constantly busy with doctors appointments or recovering from things abled body people can just do.

I can't enjoy food, dining out with friends, etc. It makes me sick.

I can't go out, a lot of places aren't accessible to me.

Even just texting feels hard some days.

I'm just tired. I wish someone would sit and stay with me while I felt bad without trying to fix me. But they have their own lives to live and I understand that.

It's just lonely.
