Looks like the post in question is him saying that he told the events to his therapist who has 'cleared him as safe' and that his friends can use that statement as proof that he is not a danger?
Note that it would be impossible to verify this ever happened or that he gave his therapist an accurate account of what happened.
But it is troubling that he still refers to his actions which he has already confessed to and admitted fault for as just 'allegations' like he is trying to downplay the seriousness of what he done and his own culpability to anyone who wasn't already aware of what really happened.
It's one of those situations where it would have been better to not say anything about it at all.
