I feel like we put too much emphasis on God loving us just the way we are and allowing this to make us complacent. I don’t know, maybe I’m way off here. I mean yes, He loves us just as we are but that doesn’t mean He wants us to stay the way we are. We should be growing in Christ. Repenting. Dying to self, to worldly desires. Focusing more and more on Kingdom matters. Sanctification is a process. A growth process. Yes, God loves us no matter what, but don’t let that stop you from becoming Who He really wants you to be. Our relationship with God isn’t a safety net, it’s a life of servitude and eternal worship that brings great fulfillment. #goodnewsfeed https://ift.tt/34AaJHw

Everybody’s doing all this grand political manoeuvring and alliance-making, but nobody’s capable of backing up their threats because all the lords are flat broke.
