I always have to remind myself of this and I know others need to as well. We compare our problems to everyone else's. We can't be anyone else we are individuals and people have different situations and different levels of tolerance. If you feel you need help, get some. I know, it's one of the hardest things to do, especially when you've already given up. I myself am in the same situation. But there are always people in your life who will help and push you and be honest with you to get the help you need. No problem is insignificant to another. That's one of the things I hate the most is when others, even myself, remind me of other situations worse than my own. I am not in that situation I'm in my own. I am my own person with my own feelings. I can understand and feel empathy for others issues but at the end of the day, I have my own. Ok. Done being serious for the day 🙃
