feels like every few weeks i have to remind myself to not take it all so seriously, to not get so caught up in the lows and remind myself it comes and goes in waves. to prioritise play, going home, talking to friends, making a meal with my hands. i find that when i do these things (apart from the already tedious task of existing and its maintenance) life is a little more loveable. enjoyable.. i'm more loveable and enjoyable.
