VP - Premiere Mobile Recycling - I recently did some work for a telephone communications recycling company, that was looking for short videos which could be hosted on a number of internet social/business sites. These were meant to inform quickly and separate the typical corporate business mobile phone reseller.
Most of the work took place in front of a green screen. It was my first real attempt at this process.
Software Used: Sony Vegas, After effects, Audacity
VP - An interview with Sebastian Stobbs - I was lucky to be apart of a project within my local area, looking to improve business, local trading and in general create a more community and refreshing Vibe. This was funded by an earlier project i was apart of.
Sebastian owns his own clothing company Conquer and so i interviewed him, while showing off his new pop up shop premises.

Illustration - Bigger Than Brighton - This logo was created for a new start up company in Brighton that wanted to offer British tours outside of the standard roof top sightseeing. As a balloon the logo was meant to represent the expansion of minds, coupled with bright colours that stand out blend together like the Brighton community.
Software Used: Photoshop, Illustrator.
Illustration - Mario and Luigi Show - This was a concept i had one evening reminiscing about the cartoon show Ren and Stimpy. For some reason Mario and Luigi seemed to be a perfect fit of a mash up. I loved the simple yet characterised features of the original show. And i believe it works quite well here. The colour pallet was that similar to 1950-60's vintage. I wanted to keep the whole composition flat. This illustration may be used in other things.

VG -Fire Fighters Concept - This was an idea for a Iphone/Android game myself and a few friends were looking to create. Like most ideas time was an issue, maybe it will come to light in the future. The mock up was created in a few hours.
Software used: 3Ds Max, Photoshop
T-shirt Design - Android Monsters - I usually carry around a black book which most of my ideas and sketches get scribbled down. Originally the size of a thumbnail. This little sketch was turned into a T-shirt design. But i took it one step further, created a stencil and experimented with a gradient finish.
Software Used: Photoshop, Illustrator
Promo Poster - Miami Chris - A friend of mine had released a new dj mix, but did not have any promotion material. This was a few hours work, which used his mix title as a source of inspiration. The visuals were meant to be striking, yet complimentary.

VP - Our Club Our Story - I was fortunate to aid a small project as a camera man, re-telling memories of Arsenal Football Clubs History through it's fan's. I was primarily responsible for exterior shots. With no guidance i had to creatively decide what could look good and be usable. My work in the video is that with a fish eye lens.
CD Cover - The Matapolo District - A friend of mine, wanted a CD cover designed for his latest live jazz recording. Taking inspiration from my own opinions of Jazz and the venue he recorded the album. I tried to create a young and fresh vibe but still showing respect to the old's and greats.

AF - Intro: Maple Leaf Pictures - An intro idea designed for a small local start up company called Maple Leaf Pictures. The original concept was to display a leaf swiping across the screen, revealing text. I took the concept and designed it further for the leaf to come out of an original established scene and then reveal the logo.
Software Used: 3Ds Max, Vray, After Effects.
AF - Intro #1 - This was an motion graphic intro designed for previous University projects. One of which can be seen below, which focused more on Animation.
Big Blue Bath
The Intro was convinced one evening on a chalk blackboard. Animated all within AF.
Software Used: After Effects
AF - Green Screen/Trapcode Light experiment - Using green screen footage found from youtube and the Trapcode plugin. This project tried to simulate old Ipod Nano adverts With Light streaks. There were many factors involved here, with different layering of lights, camera work and particle tracking/Rotoscoping.
Software Used: After Effects, Trapcode Plugin.
AF - Standard Particle Test - This was a quick particle test, experimenting with standard AF plugin's, resulting in a punchy intro.
AF - Typography Motion Test - An experiment, to sync lyrics to visual motion. The concept is made easier due to the contents of the lyrics.
Software Used: After effects, 3Ds Max, Illustrator
AF - Portas Pilot Bid - Designed for a redevelopment bid for my local area, i volunteered to complete two visual effects shots showing the area radius. . I only had a few days to complete these. One shot was used in the end, but a fun experience none the less.

VP - Liams Marathon Fundraising Event : Waxing - My good friend Liam, recently ran the London Marathon for a fantastic child bully prevention and care charity Kidscape. During his training period he did a lot of fundraising, such as eating snake body parts and fluids in Vietnam and this above being his waxing session.
Due to people donating but not able to attend, i thought it be a good idea to catch it all on camera and share the experience. All shot and editing by myself.

MV - Animal Collective : The Purple Bottle - Inspired by the song itself, this video was created in direct correlation to listening to the album one afternoon. Straight away the idea of a soap box derby was ingrained. Luckily finding some fantastic indie racing on youtue. The piece was cut together, to create a real existential experience of riding fast. I also tried to create a story of a fun but serious race taking place.
