Hi everyone,

I'm sitting in my room trying to figure out how to say what I want to say in my most humble way, and it ain't easy. As you all probably know the Covid-19 has lead to a huge financial crisis for many people around the world. Never in a million years I would've thought that I'd be doing such thing but here I am: my name is Mei and I've recently lost my mother due to cancer. On November I turned 18 years old and that's when I started receiving the pension. Due to the coronavirus our state has decided to not give me the money and my sister and dad both lost their respective jobs...meaning that they won't charge any money until the pandemic is over and the economy gets better.

I'm scared because we barely have enough money to pay the rent plus my dad is ill (he has diabetes) —and has to buy meds and all the stuff (which are pretty expensive), my therapist, food, taxes etc

If you could please give me a hand by sharing this message I'd be so so greatful. And last but not least thank you for reading.

I could never put into words what having @taylorswift join my Instagram live meant to me. As someone who struggles with insecurities, these words mean e v e r y t h i n g to me. I’m still shocked that Taylor took over ten minutes to listen to my story and what I had to say, and say such loving things to me. I will cherish the experience forever. I made this collage in my bathroom so I have daily reminders to myself that I should care about myself the way that Taylor cares about me. ✨
