long story short, i survived ✨

growing through what i’m going through. i’m so proud of how far i’ve come and i’m so thankful for how accepting i am towards myself on bad days or when i make mistakes. i’ve turned my pain into lessons and my sadness into growth. i’ve developed ways to cope and lift myself up through darkness and reaching that point is ground breaking. changing the channel and not falling into old habits takes true strength. i’ve come so far from where i’ve been. life isn’t always easy but at the end of the day, anytime life has ever knocked me down, i’ve always gotten back up. ✨

my grandma is my favourite human and listening to majorie makes my heart ache at the thought of ever losing her, especially without knowing every detail. so she’s writing me a hand written letter about her life story and her point of view watching me grow up. i’m emotional.
