Hey this is my very first post here on Tumblr and I wanted to show you my new oc c: she exists in the Apex universe.

I will post more about her background story and life later :D

I'm also drawing her refsheet digital (its easier for me). I will also draw some comics but idk if this will work out because my motivation will leave me very quickly qwq

did some practice busts for Octane and my hound HC to just.. get used to them more [esp octane] n then used them as a chance to practice rendering :> and then just quick lineart busts to destress. it was fun!!

Here are some comparisons between Crypto’s canon skin tones and the skin tones from popular fanart.

I’ve heard the “lighting” and “colour palette” excuses. One artist even told me that they whitewash him because they think that lighter skin “looks better” than his canon complexion.

Crypto isn’t white and it’s important to represent his skin tone. Whitewashing is a huge problem in media portraying Asian people. As a fandom we should be aware of this and not let whitewashed art become popular.
