What is the origin of your blog name?
The “Abandoned Quiche” was the first Easter egg my brother showed me in UNDERTALE. I wasn’t an English speaker back then, so I winged the writing and got “quishe” instead of “quiche”. Ironically enough, I just learned about the typo a few years ago, but I think it’s too iconic to remove.
What's your "I will always order this" food?
Milanese with a side of lemon and fries. Been obsessed with it ever since I was seven lol
What's your overused emoji?
😭 <- Any crying emoji honestly, I use them for basically everything.
What's your current comfort show/movie/book?
Sherlock (BBC version and the original books). Whodunit in general pickles my brain in dopamine lol.
Song you've had on repeat this week?
A friend of mine’s been trying to get me into Hazbin Hotel (not that much of a fan tbh), but I came across this song called “Losin’ streak” from that show and it’s been living rent free in my head 😭.
What's the latest thing you hyperfixated on?
Detroit: Become Human. I played it with my brother when it came out, but I lost its name and recovered it recently (I’ve been daydreaming like crazy about it, you have no idea!! I missed it so MUCHHH).
What smell instantly makes you happy?
Anything sweet with a citric tang to it (similar to lime with sugar if you need an example). It’s something I’m oddly attracted to.
What's something you loved as a kid that you secretly love now?
Plushies. I love my collection!!
What's your phone wallpaper right now?
I have a set of themes, so I normally hop around them depending on my mood. I could do a haul if you’d like lol.
Are you a morning person, night owl, or something else entirely?
Night own 100%, but I’m often needed in the mornings. I sleep at around 12-3 AM and get up at six or earlier in weekdays.
Lastly, if you work, what is your work profession? And do you like it?
I’m currently working as a barista at a brunch place, but it’s not something I’m looking forward to doing long-term (it’s just a part-time gig anyway). I’d definitely love getting a degree in development of interactive media and creating my own content (games and the such) professionally, though.
