someone pls give me a werewolf and their mate kinda plot! like maybe one of them doesn’t believe in the whole mate thing until they realize how intense the connection is between the two of them. or maybe one of them is in a relationship already so they deny the mate bond until they find out just how painful it is. idk, i’m up for all kinds of things so hmu!
morgan wallen inspired plots (dangerous album edition)
sand in my boots; character a happens to meet character b while on vacation and they immediately hit it off. they spend the rest of their vacations together, but character a is caught off guard when character b asks them to meet them in the morning to head back home with them.
wasted on you; character a fell madly in love with character b very quickly. their relationship was something neither had ever experienced before, but as character b begins to slip away, character a begins to realize maybe they wasted their time on character b.
somebody’s problem; while at a party, character a meets character b and it’s love at first sight. from that moment on, character a knows they’ve just gotta have character b, no matter what kind of problems may come along with them.
more surprised than me; at first glance, anyone can see that character a isn’t character b’s type, but for whatever reason they’re together and it works for them. that doesn’t stop the weird looks they get though, not even a little bit.
865; ever since their relationship ended, character a has been finding whatever means they can to chase the thought of character b away. although it seems that no matter what measure they take to try and erase their memory, they just seem to cloud their mind more — making character a continuously reach out, begging for one last time.
warning; character a is nothing but trouble, bearing the nickname ‘heartbreaker’ all too well. it just seems character b is learning that lesson a little too late.
neon eyes; character a had warned character b about falling in love with them, knowing very well they’d end up hurting them, but that didn’t stop character b from falling.
outlaw; character a had always been a heartbreaker, running through lovers so quickly it was concerning. but then character b came along and everything changed — it was like they’d stolen character a’s heart and they found themselves willing to do anything character b asked.
wonderin’ bout the wind; character a and character b have had an off and on again relationship for as long as anyone can remember. character a is desperately in love, while character b can’t decide what they want, simply coming and going as they please.
cover me up; when character a met character b, they knew they were the one for them. it was as though they were destined to be together, and character a swore that character b would have them forever.
7 summers; character a met character b seven summers ago and they fell madly in love, but despite what everyone thought, they didn’t work out. seven summers later, they bump into each other again and character a is scared to see if they’ve found someone else.
more than my hometown; character a and character b have been together since grade school. everyone in their small town always knew they’d end up together, and it seems as though they were right. but when character a yearns for a big city life and character b doesn’t, loving their hometown more than anything else, they both struggle to decide what it is that they want.
blame it on me; character a spends so much time in character b’s presence that they’ve started adopting their mannerisms. character a is a bit embarrassed by it, but character b can’t get over how cute it is.
whatcha think of country now; character a was used to the big city life, but then they met character b and everything changed — character a now had to get used to a life in small towns if they planned on being with character b.
me on whiskey; character a and character b love to party — the only thing they love more than that is partying together.
silverado for sale; character a has always loved their vehicle more than anything else, until character b came along. so when the time comes to propose and character a finds themselves with no money, they sell the one thing that’s always meant the most to them so they can marry character b.
heartless; character a is a player, despite how much character b wishes they weren’t. while character b finds themselves falling in love, character a is making it all into some little game — continuously toying with character b.
so like… hmu if you’re down to do any of these?!?!
i wanna go star gazing with you but it’d be pointless because i’d end up staring at you the entire time

Walking out of the Nemeton, Skylar grabs a hold of the jeep to balance herself as she began to feel light headed. So much has happened to the young McCall girl within twenty four hours. From finding out about the supernatural, her mother being kidnapped, and now, Stiles admitting his feelings for her. Was I hallucinating? she thought to herself. Her chocolate hues looks over to the Stilinski boy and watches as he took care of the parents. Skylar couldn’t help it but smile softly at seeing her mother alive, she honestly didn’t know what she would do without her.
‘Non estis ad normam,’ a voice whispers to the female McCall as another voice whispers, ‘little malefica.’
The girl looks over her shoulder to see if there is someone or something standing behind her, but there was nothing. “W-What?” she breathes out as she continued to hold her grip on the vehicle. As the voices got louder, Skylar began to grip her head in pain which began to be followed by a ringing in her ears from the voices. “Shut up!” the young McCall suddenly screams out.
Ignoring the wind picking up around her, Skylar continues to hold her head in pain as the voices grew louder. “Make them stop.” she screams out in agony as she felt Stiles hold her in his arms with the parents surrounding them. Not being able to catch her breathe, the last thing Skylar remembered was the sound of the voices suddenly letting out a scream before blacking out.
The next thing Skylar heard was the beeping sound of a monitor. The young McCall can recognize that sound from anywhere due to her mother being a nurse. What happened after the Nemeton was almost a complete blur to the girl. Rubbing her eyes, Skylar became slightly blind from how bright the light is above her. “W-What happened?” her voice a bit groggy.
once they’d all managed to escape the nemeton, it seemed as though things were finally starting to look up -- although, stiles wasn’t about to bank on things getting better. this was beacon hills, after all -- it always seemed as though things got worse just when it appeared as though they were getting better. for the time being, everyone was okay -- all that’s all stiles could hope for. once he was certain that skylar was alright, he focused his attention on the parents -- checking in on his dad, melissa, and chris -- wanting to simply assure himself that neither of the three were injured.
however, his attention was quickly diverted back to the girl he’d just confessed his love for, spinning on his heel to face her -- a look of worry settling into the male’s features as he approached her, hands taking hold of the girl’s arms. the rest was all a blur -- he knew that she’d blacked out, and that melissa had insisted they rush her to the hospital, but he couldn’t recollect on anything further than that. it was as though his entire being had been dissolved in his worry for the girl he’d managed to fall for, head over heels.
stiles held one of her hands within his, thumb brushing over the brunette’s knuckles when she’d finally woken up. “i -- i don’t know,” he confessed quietly, wishing that he had the answers she was searching for. “i was hoping you’d maybe be able to tell me that.” his dark colored hues scanned over the female, his stomach churning with the possible idea of her not being okay. “but that can wait,” he blurted out quickly. “just tell me how you’re feeling? are you okay?” stiles questioned. “do you need anything? a drink? food? i’ll get it for you.”

days had passed since cordelia had last left the bayou -- only finding herself capable of reaching the very outskirts before she found herself turning back. her newly triggered gene left the young wolf’s mind spiraling -- everything was different, it just felt different. the chirping of birds that once brought a smile to her features was now overwhelming, leaving the young female with hands held over her ears. the smell of damp dirt and murky water had even become overwhelming, the very scents that once reminded her of home brought a crinkle to her nose -- the scents burning her nostrils. not to mention the newfound anger that rattled the brunette’s very being. it’s like she was an entirely different person.
cordelia couldn’t recall a time in her life that she’d been more thankful for hayley -- happy to have the other female by her side during what could possibly be the hardest thing she’d ever endure. the past few days had been rough, but thankfully, she’d been able to control her anger for the most part -- having to take a deep breath and walk away from a few of the other wolves when they’d make a stupid comment. however, when one wolf had chosen to do the unthinkable and bring hayley and her unborn child into the conversation, she lunged. all she could see was red -- every inch of restraint she’d shown thus far flying out the window.
she put up a good fight -- but she lacked horribly in the experience department, and that certainly made quite the difference. not only was this wolf much bigger than her, but he was much stronger, and he was far wiser than she could ever be. while cordelia was smart in her own right, she wasn’t nearly as intelligent when it came to werewolves as the other. she was broken, battered, and bruised -- but that didn’t stop her from fighting back -- giving it her all. hayley was scared for her friend, worried about what may happen if she didn’t step in -- but with her unborn child still being carried within her womb, there was little she herself could do to bring about a halt to the brawl.
within an instant, she’d dug her phone out of her pocket, dialing the only person she could think to call -- klaus. “i need your help in the bayou, now,” she muttered out quickly. if anyone would be able to make her stop, it’d be him. as cordelia’s fists kept flying, whimpers of pain escaping her lips when the other’s fists collided with her petite frame -- hayley knew she’d made the right choice in enlisting klaus for help. the moment she heard him approaching the scene, she hurried off in the direction of his footsteps -- quickly rattling off the facts of the situation, and begging him not to do anything completely irrational.

everything has changed. // niklaus & cordelia.
ever since cordelia had found out hayley was carrying a child, she accompanied the woman everywhere -- knowing very well what kind of monsters resided in new orleans. there was absolutely no way she was leaving hayley to fend for herself. as the two began their rather short trip back to the mikaelson home, they were greeted by an unfamiliar vampire -- a vampire who fully intended on bringing harm to both hayley and her unborn child. cordelia knew that if they could manage to fight off the vampire for at least a few moments, klaus was sure to hear the struggle between the two females and the male vampire -- being that they weren’t too far from the mikaelson’s home.
however, as time went on and klaus didn’t show up, cordelia feared that maybe he wouldn’t. with the fact of her still being untriggered ringing loud and clear within her mind, the brunette knew that she was no match for the vampire, however that didn’t stop her from attempting to fight the male off. soon enough, she was tossed to the side like a mere rag doll -- her body colliding with the pavement roughly, struggling to climb back to her feet. her dark chocolate colored hues lifted to find the male with hayley’s back against a nearby brick wall, a low growl erupting past the female’s lips as she took hold of the nearest wooden object she could find -- driving it directly into the male’s chest, watching in utter horror as she committed her first kill.
cordelia dropped to her knees, a sound of pure horror and pain ripping past the woman’s lips as she stared down at her hands. after a while, a hand was placed upon the female’s shoulder, causing for the anger that was building up inside her to boil over -- rising to her feet and pulling back abruptly, a look of displeasure settling onto her features as she stared back at her friend. “don’t,” the brunette hissed, taking a step to the side to move past hayley -- but of course she couldn’t expect it to be that easy. as the other woman’s hand took hold of cordelia’s wrist, a wretched growl rattled the wolf’s chest -- her gaze connecting with hayley’s as she spun on her heel to face the other. “leave me alone.” with that being said, she started down the alleyway, fully intent on getting as far away as she could, afraid of what could potentially happen if she were to lose control of the anger that boiled within her. as she neared the end of the alleyway, her dark hues shifted to look over her shoulder back at her friend, when suddenly her frame collided with that of another person’s, a growl shaking her entire frame, fists clenching as she spun back around -- ready to fight.
i’m on your side. // niklaus & cordelia.
cordelia had spent a good portion of her day out in the bayou with hayley, merely trudging around in the wilderness. the other wolf claimed it helped her clear her overly active mind and to a point, dia could understand where the other girl was coming from. with everything that had been happening recently, it was hard to escape the thoughts circling about within your brain. even she herself found it hard to escape the thoughts within her own mind. not only was she worried for the safety of both hayley and the child she carried within her womb, but she was also worried for her own safety. without the werewolf gene triggered, she was a mere human in a world full of supernaturals. she didn’t have teeth nor did she have claws to protect herself with.
as the young wolf made her way back into new orleans, leaving the bayou behind her, she couldn’t help but let the words hayley had spoke replay within her mind. ‘look after klaus for me, will you, please?’ part of her wondered why a thousand year old hybrid, the original hybrid nonetheless, would ever need an untriggered werewolf to look after him. ‘he just needs someone that he can trust. someone to look out for him and be on his team, no matter what.’ of course she’d asked hayley why she’d chosen her over everyone else. surely marcel, rebekah, or even elijah would have been a better person to have watch over her child’s father. ‘he cares about you, dia. you mean more to him than you know.’ that was the last thing hayley had said about the entire ordeal and of course cordelia agreed to do what hayley asked. she’d do anything for her, hayley knew that.
she was only a few blocks from the mikaelson home when a hand grabbed hold of her wrist, pulling her back into an alley. a gasp escaped the girl’s lips as her back collided with a brick wall and fist met with her stomach, causing her fragile body to hurl over in pain. as much as she attempted to fight back, she was no match for the two male vampires who’d apparently taken an interest in her affiliation with niklaus mikaelson. they tossed her around like a rag doll, like she was nothing and as much as she wanted to really put up a fight, the fear of triggering her gene held her back. with every hit she took, she whimpered in pain, her legs crumbling beneath her every time she tried to climb to her feet. tears built up in her eyes as she was pulled back to her feet, hand wrapped around her throat. “if you’re gonna kill me, just do it already,” she spat at the male, who’s grasp upon her throat tightened, her legs threatening to give out on her. “where’s that big bad hybrid you’ve got wrapped around your finger now, huh?” the other male stated, a laugh escaping his lips. “leave him out of this,” she growled in reply. “what are you gonna do about it?” he questioned as cordelia struggled within his grasp. she knew there wasn’t a thing she could do to either of them, she simply had to accept that she could die within a matter of seconds.
