Art of Elites [closed]
It was strange and rather unbelievable for him, but there he was again, under the sun he thought he would never see again. Even his diary was there with him in his backpack! This meant that the world once again gave him a chance to let him fix it all by himself again.
Even if it was rather silly, Reisuke never considered all of this as a burden to him. It was just a way for him to become a super elite! His parents would be so proud of him. It was a shame that they were already in a completely different world.
Holding out the female puppet on his right, he acted out as if it was his mother. “Wow, you’re doing so well so well! Mama’s proud of you! We should celebrate this! What do you think, Papa?” Then he lowered his voice slightly and brought the other puppet closer. “Of course we should! Our son Reisuke is so smart!”
But there was one thing left to do before he could proceed. The fact that he was a master meant that he had a servant to complete it. The contract was formed, he just wasn’t sure where he or she was, that servant of his. Although for some reason, he had a good feeling of where to go and followed a trail using only his intuition.
Eventually he realized he was just a corner away from her. That was a rather short walk… but that didn’t matter! He took a peek from where he stood, watching. For some reason he could tell in just one glance that it was his Assassin class servant, indeed. Taking a step back to hide himself again, Reisuke poked out one of his puppets first for her to notice.
“Onee-chan! Pssst! Assassin-nee-chan! Whoah! Onee-chan’s so pretty!”
This... wasn't right.
Of course, such a thought was considered an understatement in this situation - the shinobi taking a tentative step backwards so that her figure was pressed against the wall of a building. She was in enemy territory - at least, she assumed it was enemy territory. Anywhere that wasn't with her Lord Kenshin was not a place she wanted to be.
Not that she was completely unaware of what she was doing within this ... Fuyuki City - no, she knew. What she could not comprehend was the expectation that she would serve anyone other than her Lord. Fingers curled into fists and she slammed one against the brick behind her. It was an insult to her pride to believe she would be obedient to anyone else!
Footsteps caught her attention and she gave a furtive glance over her shoulder in time to see the other duck behind the corner - a brow arching to the sight of the puppet that poked it's head out a moment later. Was... was that a child? Her expression softened somewhat. A child on the battlefield was nothing... extremely new but, he did not appear to be like the ones she knew from her time.
Inching her way along the wall, she leaned forward to inspect the doll closely. -- Did he just call her pretty?
W-Well, while she was still quite sure she didn't like the idea of serving another - she couldn't in good conscience leave this child unattended. "... You are quite cute yourself. Perhaps you could assist me in finding the whereabouts of my master?"
