Actually regardless of anything else the thing that always bothers me about the pillow war is Shirley's reaction. The situation is NOT simply "Abed hurt Troy's feelings by being a robot". Yes, Abed was a bit inconsiderate. So was Troy. It was a two way conflict. But Shirley apparently did not want to consider that the "robot" might also have hurt feelings. "Robot", seriously?
