Missiles are imminent. This video was taken tonight (10/12/24) by Abood. You don't understand what it's like to miss out on a basic necessity such as sleep due to the torment of Israeli aggression, night after night. It wears you down to the point where it's hard to function. And yet miraculously, they keep going. Abood once told me he's in love with life - despite everything - and that impossible optimism is what keeps him going through it all. Can you imagine the sheer determination it takes to keep surviving, keep pushing on, under a regime that threatens your life every damn day?

Again, they have no choice but to relocate just to stay alive. It's the middle of winter and they're freezing with nothing to keep them warm. Starving, unsafe, and almost nowhere left to go, the only thing that can help is your donation.

"Hello, I am Abood from Gaza. I am 25 years old. I got married 5 months ago. This means that I got married during war.

"I studied accounting, graduated with a high average, and worked in a chain of clothing stores that my father owned

"My wife and I now live inside a small tent in an area that is not safe, but we have no other choice. We live in extreme heat that cannot be tolerated by humans, and the presence of insects and pollution also affects my wife's health. Her health is deteriorating and I cannot provider her with the necessary care because of everything. We live with our only hope of survival, to travel, but the cost of leaving Gaza is very expensive. To be able to leave costs one person more than $8,000, and this is an insane number.

But due to the unjust aggression, all our shops were destroyed, and we lost our source of livelihood and work completely. I was displaced from my home more than 10 times, each time trying to find a safe place, but there really is no safety here. Here we live death, fear, and loss at every moment. We love life and we always have ambitions and dreams that we hope to achieve and we are determined to achieve them as well."
