if suddenly you feel the urge to cry come upon you seemingly from nowhere, please, recognize that it is not from nowhere. it is from a somewhere where you forgot to mourn properly. a place only your body can remember. let these tears come. let your body mourn. let your body feel her loss. even if you cannot understand her (who can?) it is important to let your body have this. when the crying is over feed your body something special and be gentle with her. bless
This is my new favorite hangout spot. I walked here from home with a cup of tea and my watercolor supplies. A floating dock out of the reach of sun or rain floats underneath the marina. And it has friends. 😍
Wow such positive vibes eminating through my screen rn

honestly...it’s ok to just use your skills on yourself! sewing clothes only you to wear, making art to hang up in your own personal area, singing and recording songs for you only to listen to...like not everything has to be for other people’s consumption!
“As a child you saved worms off the hot pavement, named the rocks you found beautiful but everyone else wanted to step on- everything has feelings and you have the most. I’m sorry, there is no way to reconcile this much emotion. Sometimes, a body is not always made equal to the heart it will hold.”
— for those who feel too small for their love || O.L.
The purpose of life is not to become something. From the very moment that you are born, you already are something - you are everything. You are everything you need to be and you have so much potential inside of you. At any stage of your life, you will always be something, my love. You do not have to be in certain relationships, graduate from university, find a well-paying job or fulfill any other ‘requirements’ to be a worthy human being. No matter what, you will always have value.

“But also I say this: that light is an invitation to happiness, and that happiness, when it’s done right, is a kind of holiness,”
