"From this, into this." last blog of GEE 16.... The SABAYLAKBAY product boasts a uniquely designed map navigation application that efficiently guides users to their destinations. However, during our last pitching session on May 8, feedback indicated a lack of features that left customers unsatisfied. This realization has driven me to ensure that our product meets the expectations of our customers. Additionally, the costs associated with the project are reportedly quite high, and there is a suggestion to create our own travel agencies to improve the trustworthiness of our product in the eyes of customers.

From this moment, I would like to thank my team, SABAYLAKBAY, for pursuing this opportunity and challenging the subject of GEE 16. Almost a week, it's been on my mind, embodying my expectations of what an entrepreneur is. I also want to thank my beautiful instructor for guiding my journey with this subject, and I apologize for our last pitching session. It was really hard for us to come up with ideas, but we brainstormed and came up with new strategies, although we still lack in our product. Special thanks to myself and the Lord who guided me through my hardships and sacrifices, even when I went to class at my lowest mood because of school problems. This subject is shaping me into a newbie entrepreneur, and we will do better next time. Let's go, SABAYLAKBAY!

Last week, during our midterm presentations, we had a real heart-to-heart with the panelists about our Business Model Canvas. They gave us advices to dial back our expectations for the product we were proposing. You see, we were so excited during our brainstorming sessions that we ended up setting the bar pretty high.

Taking their feedback to heart, we decided to take a step back and consult with IT programmers and developers about our proposal. We asked them if they could create the map tracking application we had in mind and how much it would cost. They were positive about their ability to make it happen, but they also mentioned needing some pricey materials from hardware manufacturers to pull it off.

That got us thinking: even if we could afford the programmers' fees, was it really worth it to invest so much just for this one feature? We realized we needed to rethink our strategy and aim for something more scalable. Something that would make it easier for us to connect with our customers and team members, even if it meant going back to basics and doing things manually.

So, we're taking a step back to brainstorm and really think critically about what direction to take. It's all about finding that sweet spot between simplicity and efficiency. Thanks for listening, and here's to hoping Tuesday treats us all kindly!
