“Mm, mm. Isn’t it?” He nods a few times, sounding his agreement. Seems like Red feels a bit more confident after seeing her excitement over it. Even if it looked silly, at least it was cool and functional. That’s the most important part, anyway!
The black sand from the beach is rather striking, especially for someone who had never seen it before. It almost looked like the ash from Hoenn’s volcanoes. Definitely helps bring a spooky atmosphere to the place— but what could have caused it? In the end, sand is still sand though… and his sneakers are already full of it.
When the Murkrow Acerola mentioned make their entrance, Red’s sure to lightly wave at them, watching their actions in case he’s in store for a peck on the head ( if they went for the goggles that’s probably the only thing that would manage to upset him, not that he’d show it though ). Thankfully, they seem satisfied enough with poking his sandy shoes. It didn’t hurt at all and was actually kind of cute.
“You think so? I wasn’t sure what to expect.” He laughs along with her and rubs the back of his head. “They’re a bit like bodyguards for the trial site…” Or maybe they just like to prank tourists and trial goers, that’s also possible.
Now that the abandoned supermarket is in sight, he’s starting to get eager. That’s a perfect haunted location if he’s ever seen one!
“Is it okay to just go in?” Red points towards it, looking to his new friend. His expression isn’t much different but his eyes are sparkling.
They were more trouble makers than anything, acting like a bunch of delinquents but they were super cute to her and she still loved their presence. The moment they stood in front of the abandoned supermarket, Acerola shivered. She always loved this place but it still gave her shivers from the amount of Ghost type Pokémon were inside there. It was all about the EXCITEMENT.
“ Yup, yup. Just walk inside and i’ll be right behind ya! “
She motioned him forward as the door cracked open without anyone opening it for themselves. A smile went even wider on her face, “ Looks like their already happy to have visitors, Fufufu~! “ Yes they sure were, in all honesty Acerola was very interesting to see how Red would fair in this ghostly environment.
