The swordswoman thought long and hard on the subject.

Had that been someone she had killed? She was fairly convinced it was not; but she honestly couldn’t be one-hundred percent on it.

"I see. This is the first I’ve heard of something of the sort. I only know of a few of the clans in the area, so I believe my information will be very sparse. Knowledge of things that are not my concern is not my forte. I do apologize."

"That's not a problem, any information you have will be helpful enough." He smiled, pulling a notebook and pen from his pocket, ready to note down anything he needed. "So, what exactly are the clans that you are aware? I only know that there are two or three around here and that's about it." Gavin admitted, still trying to get on the witness's good side in order to get information out of her easier.

"A-Ah, y-yes! A-Autograph! Paper! P-Pen! Pen Pen Pen…Uhh…do you have a pen?" she stuttered, earnestly trying to calm herself down. She wasn’t all that good with pressure, and being around this man brought on new levels of it.

Gavin reached into his pocket and pulled out a pen; a Gavineer styled pen of course. Assuming she didn't have any paper either, he pulled out the notebook he carried around and tore out a page. "I don't think I ever asked for your name."

"I wish you luck with your career,it’s something that you enjoy and I hope you have great victories" He replied before shaking his head. "Well,it’s actually a thing that only happens in Japan,so it’s only natural that you haven’t heard of it."

"Well I was planing on going for politics,Prime Minister to be exact"

"Hey now, don't start acting like I'm some kind of foreigner." Gavin chuckled. "Just because I went studying abroad, don't mean I'm not Japanese like you." He was joking clearly, but at the same time it was true. "Maybe I was away when they introduced it...What year was the whole SHSL thing introduced?"

"Prime Minister, eh? Well, good luck to you, future leader." He grinned.

"I am SHSL Kendoka, is it really so strange for a kendo student to have a shinai on her? If so, it is the first time anyone has bothered to tell me.

And I am sorry to say, but it will be difficult for me to give you any sort of information without a clue as to what you are looking for. Information is a two-way road— Mr. Gavin, was it? You must give a little to get a little, you know.”

"Ah, touché Fräulein Pekoyama; You've got me on both fronts." He chuckled, clearly not fussed by any of the surrounding events. Klavier nodded his head and began to think.

"If I'm to give you the basics, it seems a man was murdered in an alleyway just off of here. It seems he had ties to some kind of yakuza gang, and that it may have been gang-related. I'm simply here to find any information I can on the surrounding yakuza gangs and their leaders."

"Wasn't it difficult being both a prosecutor and a rock star?" He asked rubbing the back of his neck."Well I shall not continue about the subject,perhaps you feel uncomfortable. W-Well,in Hopes Peak,they choose students based on a talent they are good at and give them a SHSL title. In my case it was Prefect."

"A shining beacon of modest?I never thought of it that way,but yes,you can say it"

"Ah, a little. It wasn't too difficult once I got the hang of planning, but as it stands I don't really gotta worry anymore. Band's disbanded, and I can focus more on my real career." He smiled, listening to the explanation and nodding. "Interesting...never heard of Hope's Peak or anything like that, but I'll take your word for it."

"What are you training up to do once you leave school?"

She flinched at his hand contacting the top of her head, a blush invading her tan skinned cheeks.

"A-Ah, y-yeah! I-I’ve seen you before! I-I mean, not like, spying or anything! I’m not one of those fangirl stalkers! Ah! B-But I m-mean I still like your music! I just, ya know, wouldn’t be one of those people who sneaks into your house to steal your undergarments!" she rambled, overtaken by the mans dashing good looks and suave gestures. It’s true- She’d occasionally listen to the Gavineers while on jogs. It was one of the few bands that really got her blood pumping.

Klavier couldn't help but laugh a little at the younger girl's stuttering and stammering towards him. He was trying to get her to calm down, but he seemed as though he was only making it worse. "Hey, hey, hey. Easy there, young Fräulein. You need not get so flustered and worried about anything. I understand what you're tryin' to say, and hey, I always love meeting fans of my old band." He smiled, taking a step back and looking her over. Aoi looked as though she was about to faint from how red her cheeks were. "Hey, while we're here, would you like a picture, autograph or something?"

Well, these two seemed like interesting witnesses...that is, if they knew anything of course. He had seen the two gathered around the scene, and had to check if they did know anything at all. "Hey there." Klavier smiled.

"A prosecutor?You definitely don’t seem like one…" he replied crossing his arms."Not that I doubt it of course" he added."Kiyotaka Ishimaru,student at Hope’s Peak Academy!Super High School Level Prefect to be precise.Pleasure to meet you sir"

"Well, that's because I used to be a rockstar too, but that kinda ended after a few mishaps too many. Notice the 'ex' part." The taller male gave a shrug, seemingly not too worried about it anymore. "Super High School Level Perfect? Well, you're just a shining beacon of modest are you?" He chuckled. "Never heard of these Level things, but I'll roll with it, Herr Perfect."

The boy turned around only to smile and bow.”Greetings!” He exclained before straightening his back.”May I ask what brings you around here?”

"Ah, ya know how it is. Murder investigations and the like; the usual routine for a district prosecutor." Gavin smiled, giving a nod of his head. “I’m Klavier Gavin, district prosecutor and ex-lead singer and guitarist of the Gavineers. Pleased to meet you."

"…A-Ah! S-Sorry, m-my names Asahina Aoi! Ahh! Wait, you didn’t ask me for my name! Sorry! It’s nice to meet you though, uh…

d-donut?” she stuttered, offering him a chocolate-glazed donut as she was immensely taken back by this man’s…everything.

Klavier gave a warm smile, shrugging his shoulders and patting the girls head. "Hey, it's all cool. Calm down, you don't gotta freak out." He chuckled.

He couldn't tell if the girl was a fan of his old band, or if she was just liking his looks. Either way, he was fine with it. "I’m Klavier Gavin, district prosecutor and ex-lead singer and guitarist of the Gavineers. Pleased to meet you...and yes, I'd love a donut." He nodded, taking the sweet and taking a bite.

       This guy was already making her uncomfortable. He smelled like something she hated and she avoided this thing all her life. Justice.

       “Uh…huh.” she just answered nonchalantly.

       “Are you perhaps… Gavin… Klavier ?”

"That I am, Fräulein." He smiled a little wider. "Nice to meet you, are you a fan or have you just heard the name?" Klavier asked, clicking his fingers and looking the female over. She looked like she herself could be a detective of some kind, not any kind of killer or suspect.

… Investigating murders? Of course he is. Of course.

"Nothing particularly strange happens here; lately or otherwise. It has been as it always is around here." It wasn’t a lie; though quite a romanticized version of the truth it was. 

"If I may so boldly ask… has something happened recently? I haven’t heard word on any sort of crimes in the late days. I find it rather strange that you are investigating something at such a time."

"Can't disclose exact details, but I can say that there has indeed been an accident in the area that's believed to be a murder..." He nodded, his hands slipping into his pockets and the smile remaining on his face.

"Are you sure everything's always been so peachy? The shinai on your back can tell tales, Fräulein." Klavier brought up once more, wondering about why in a 'quiet neighborhood', she needed to be carrying a weapon around casually.

Well, this one just screamed (quite literally) justice and order. It was kind of funny, that the strange before him seemed to be more order-looking than he did. "Hey there." Klavier smiled.

Klavier looked the younger girl up and down, tapping his chin for a moment and grinning. “Punk Rock, possibly heavy metal. Am I correct, Fräulein?”

Klavier snapped his fingers and gave a small chuckle as the woman came into view. "Hey there..." He smiled, seemed he had a witness after all.

"What do you mean why?” She questioned him, a small hint of irritation settling in her voice. “It is my name and I quite prefer to be called by it and not… whatever it is that you’ve been saying.”

Her arms crossed over her chest, head tilting slightly with a small scoff as she replied. “Yes, a pleasure, I’m sure. Now, are you here for a reason or are you just idly chatting?”

"You need not worry." Gavin let out another chuckle. "Fräulein simply means 'Ms.' in German. No problem there, Fräulein Pekoyama?" He asked, once again just trying to push her buttons to see how she'd react. He was on a good day after all, and getting on a witness's friendly side was always good. 

"I'm just here to do some investigating. You know, murders over here, murders over there. That kinda thing." He clicked his fingers and smiled. "Achtung, you seen anything suspicious around here lately?"
